Welcome to our new house on the beach!

Once you stay here, you know you have found Paradise!

We are very proud of our new piece of paradise and look forward to having you as our guest. With large rooms and over 3,000 sf, our four bedroom, five bath beach house with cherry and travertine floors, will accommodate up to 12 persons and has so many features to assure that your stay is one of the best you’ve ever experienced. We have furnished the condo to be very warm and to make you feel you are at “your” Florida beach home away from home.

The first floor consists of the fully-equipped kitchen, laundry with full-size... washer & dryer, full bath, dining area and living room with sleeper/sofa with a large balcony overlooking the beach. The 2nd floor consists of the Master bedroom and Bedroom #2 with King beds and balcony views of the beach. Bedroom #3 has a full bed with balcony and bedroom #4 has two sets of bunk beds, which the kids (and adults too) will enjoy. Each bedroom also has its own private full bath.

We have the most fantastic beach location and community pool. We believe very strongly in cleanliness and convenience and you never have to worry about anything since we live just 15 minutes away. For your convenience, we include four beach chairs and umbrella, boogie boards and beach toys for the kids, dishwashing detergent, plastic garbage bags and Tide detergent. If you have a little one with you, we will provide at your request a high-chair, stroller and Pack’n Play crib. Once you have been our guest, you will want to return.

From strolling down our beach picking up sea shells on the way, to renting a bike or motor scooter, parasailing, fishing - even bowling or going to a movie!

Of course, no one can visit without making numerous trips to he nearby Sands Outlet Mall, largest of its kind in the States or Destin Commons Mall with theatre. If you are into water parks, there is Big Kahuna! Don't forget The Village at Baytowne Warf in Sandestin, a must see with great restaurants, shops, live music and all types of activities for the kids.

But you will spend most of your time, if not in the water or laying on the beach, just sitting on one of our two balconies watching the waves - Paradise Found!
