The Caribbean meets Destin in this spacious beach home aptly named Antigua. The similarities between Destin and the island of Antigua are many actually- aqua waters, long stretches of gorgeous beaches dotted with shells and great seafood. However, you won’t find a Destin vacation rental like this in Antigua!
Newly upgraded appliances set in granite, wood and tile flooring, wall-mounted flat screen TVs in each room, an outdoor shower and a Jacuzzi bath in the master bedroom will add just the right amount of luxury to a laid-back beach vacation. Antigua is also a versatile home great for several families. Dining for 16, a backyard grill... deck, a second story balcony with beach views and a location right next to the pool will allow everyone to relax how they like and with plenty of space to do it.
Antigua also enjoys a fantastic location! Right across the street is the very popular Pompano Joe’s Island Grill set directly on the beach, golf courses are within a mile as well as shopping malls, a movie theatre and a grocery store.

We recently had a family reunion in Destin and stayed at antigua. The home was beautiful and provided every need. Having 6 bedrooms gave everyone in our group privacy but also provided a gathering place for meals together. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedding was very nice. You can't beat the location just across from the beach and the 3 sets of beach chairs and umbrellas provided each day was a great benefit to our group. The staff at Newman-Dailey treated us like royalty. They were on stand by 24/7 waiting to take care of our every need. The home was very clean. Overall, Excellent is a great way to describe our accommodations at antigua. We have stayed in Destin for years and used several companies however in the future we will make only one call- to Newman-Dailey Resort Properties. Thanks for making our family gathering so special!! The Smith Family!
Feels like home, 30 seconds walk to the beach, great location !!

Group of 20. (10 adults)(10 Childred, age 2-12) plenty of rooms for everybody. Location is awesome !!! 30 seconds walk to the beach. The only negative was that the house was not clean and ready by 5 P.M. For the check in time.
The house fit out needs with all of the family members we had wi

Overall the house fit our needs perfectly. The bedroom and bedding was just right for all our guests. The location was great. Close to beach and we ate at pompano joes several nights. If we ever come again with that many people we will definatley stay there.
Enjoyed it tremendously.
Our stay was great ---but we will not be back (See review).

The service we received from the moment we checked in was fantastic. This year we rented the Trinidad. The home was very clean and accomodating.
The location to supermarkets and the amenities was just right-on.
The best thing we liked was the location to the beach. It was just across the road. Out children could go and come as they like.
Our only disappointment was that to reserve the house/s duing the labor day weekend has changed to 4 days. We don't know if we will be back in the future. This was our 20th year in coming to destin. We usually reserve 3 or 4 homes but this year we only could do 1 because most of us are teachers and we can't get off for 4 days. This is a real disappointment for us.

We enjoyed being together as a family during the Thanksgiving holidays at antigua Port of Call. Watching ball games, eating out at all the great food places, the beach, many attractions and great shopping area.

Enjoyed this house very much, it was as good as advertised. The HD TV was awesome for the alabama game and the proximity to the beach with relation to value is hard to beat. We are already contemplating another trip next year. The staff at Newman-Daily was terrific. They were there to answer questions and always had a great attitude. Very impressed.

The house was very clean except for the tile floor. It looked clean but when you walked on the floor in bare or stocking feet, your feet were black in a matter of a few steps. Other than that, everything was great. The location was perfect - only a block from the handicapped ramp to the beach. The beds were comfortable and en suite bathrooms were wonderful. There was enough seating for everyone in the living room and dining area...which we appreciated very much. We also enjoyed the outdoor grill and swimming pool; and the balcony.
Antigua was a great vacation home for our large family

The home was very close to the beach. It provide many amenities enjoyed by the family of 15. The kitchen was a nice size and plenty of eating area. The bedrooms were all very accommodating and most had private bathrooms.

The home was wonderful. We had plenty of room for our family. The location was perfect as all of family enjoyed the beach and the amenities were perfect. They had the umbrellas sat up before our family was ready to use them. We had no problems. Checking in and out was minimal time. We all came from TX, MO, and TN for family vacation. I would definitely recommend your company to anyone. Thanks for the wonderful service.
A Great Place to Stay (Especially so close to the beach!).

Our family had never been to Destin before, while we had always heard about the white beaches and emerald green water, we had no idea how to go about renting a house. As you can imagine, there are a ton of rental companies in the Destin area that you can choose from. Newman-Dailey is top-notch! This house has it all, 6 bedrooms (enough to let the kids have their own bedroom), a nice living room, big kitchen, outdoor grills (both propane and charcoal!) and two outdoor patios. And the best part, only two houses and a street and then you have the beach! We will be back.

We usually go to Disney for our Family Vacation but this year we wanted to go to a beach. We did good (great choice)!!! Even with all the talk about the oil spill, that did not discourage us...we knew everything would be great. The house we selected accomodated everyone and had enough space for 16 people (age range 65+ yrs old - 9 yrs old). The kids even manage to play "hide-n-seek" inside the house at night and no one heard them. They even called dibs on the upstairs patio for their "breakfast area" each morning!!!
Next time...we are going to try to leave the kids home and make it and "adult trip"...between the beach (only steps away from the house) and the pool (right next door)...we will be back!!! The pictures don't do the house justice!!!

The end of December was our "getting together time", with 19 family members (4 generations). It was a time for sharing memories and making new ones, that we all greatly enjoyed. Although the weather was chilly the teenagers enjoyed the Gulf and playing football in the sand. And as for the house, it was the greatest. More than enough room for everyone to have their own "get away" space, and plenty of room for all of us to be together for playing games and eating (the favorite past time of almost all of us!) We would gladly recommend this nice "home away from home" to everyone, and the staff at Newman-Dailey works with you to make sure everything is just as you want it!

Having had rental property In Destin and stayed at many properties over the years we found the property to be poorly maintained and very tired looking.
Living room is like a cave.....Kitchen cabinets in need of repair , pots and pans and bowls are all very sub standard , carpets very dirty , windows seals gone in places , venetian blinds in poor shape. Wallpaper border falling off in places
Am generous with three stars looking on what else is on the market Jim Lane

Our stay at the Antigua was really, really wonderful. This is our 12th year staying at a Newman-Dailey resort and we are very pleased. The homes are always very clean, well decorated and accomodated in every respect. (on this stay our fridgerator was not working properly which we should have told you for day 1) However, it did not prevent us from having a great time with all the other amendities. This facility is very close to the beach and the pool. Everything we needed was at our fingertip. Thank you.

My family had an awesome stay. We loved the home almost as much as the beautiful ocean. The house was perfect for the four families that stayed. We were very impressed with the home and the location. We hope to stay again next summer.

The home was well equipped, roomy and comfortable. It was a little "dated" but nice. The only problems encountered were the refrigerator never cooled or made ice, (that sucked) and the undercounter icemaker stank from all the mold it produced instead of ice. I would stay in the same house again, provided the frige and ice maker were repaired. The beach chair service was a great touch and helped us overlook the little problems. I like Newman Daily, easy to work with and friendly people. Thanks!
