From start to finish...
Booked room over phone, the process was really easy. I received my emails right after booking and courtesy call the day before & day of. I didnt arrival till around 8 pm, so i didnt have to check in till the Morning ( with a 3 year old thats awesome because she was already sleeping from the drive, we just used the code they gave us and went right in ). Now the room was above hotel quality, only problem we had with our room was master bedroom door had a pretty big part smashed and broken by the handle ( no biggie for us though ). Everything else was super clean, appliances all worked great, we had everything we could need to enjoy our beach stay. We never heard other guest through the walls or lots of loud noises. Next morning i was surprised to find out we received free chairs and umbrella for the beach, among other awesome discounts and lists of activities for my family. To me it seemed like the little extra things made this trip cool for my family combined with friendly service when we needed it! Check out just as easy. Wish we could have stayed longer... -

The unit / condo we rented was very nice and clean. It offered all of the amenities of home. The bed was hard. Good for some not for all. We had a good view and my husband and son played the golf course. They only said nice things about the course. We had to cut our vacation short due to rainy (constant) weather due to Hurricane. Beaches were kept clean of tar balls but we did get pic of one about 12" around.

We actually stayed in unit 1604. The accomodations were very comfortable, clean and in good shape. We love the beach; we saw no indication of any oil but we saw workers maitaining the beach daily.

My husband and I just got back from our vacation and it was great! This is our second stay at ariel Dunes and it definitely won't be our last, everything went perfect from check in to check out. The room was beautiful and clean with great views. We love it here and are already talking about going back this summer!

Atlanta, GeorgiaPerfect condo.

This condo was absolutely beautiful. Everything about it was perfect. Furniture was great, decorations were tasteful and appropriate, everything was extremely clean, and the overall experience was A+. The condo is on the 8th floor, not too high and not too low. We had a great view of the water.
The only complaints I can make have to do with Seascape, not the condo itself. We were told our check-in was at 4:00pm, but had to wait until about 5:30pm because the cleaning crew was taking a long time. Not a big deal, but after driving hours in the car we would have liked to go to our room asap.
The restaraunt/bar/cafe on the first floor of this tower is convenient. We were here on a daily basis for food, coffee, the buffet, or ice cream. The crab chowder was absolutely amazing!!!
I would definitely rent at Seascape again. -

Iota, Louisianareally great experience

Service was great. The condo was very comfortable. Really good access to the
beach. We will stay here again.
Only bad experience: My wife was waiting to wash up at the hose before
coming up, and had to witness a big black man try to get a another man to
fight him. He was cussing a lot. But that is not your fault. Made her a little
nervous.
The people at the check in and the security guard at the pool were very nice
people. Loved the view from the balcony also. -

Dallas, TXGreat Getaway!
Left on 06/04/2009 for a stay in May 2009
Condo was comfortable and nicely decorated. Unit has wireless internet, which the management didn't seem to know about. Told us we needed an ethernet cord. Glad we didn't spend the money to buy one. Entire property was not well marked and it took us a while to find Ariel Dunes. One big complaint was the EXTREMELY WINDY area by the downstairs elevator and registration office. Once you leave that area, the wind is gone. Closer to the beach than expected. Also, the need for parking passes was never explained, and guests were denied entrance. But overall, the property was beautiful and I would definitely rent this unit again.
Response from Seascape Resort & Conference - 06/10/2009
Manager
We are glad you enjoyed your stay here at Seascape Resort. I just want to address a few of your items. First the internet access is currently the owners choice of each unit. BUT, the Master Home Owners Association is currently making the entire resort a Wi-Fi location. They are in the process and it is scheduled to be complete within a few weeks. Some locations are already online, but we have not been given which.
And the parking passes have always been required and you do recieve them at check in. The HOA just started manning the gates just before Memorial Day and the guards are to let guest drive on so they may obtain their passes from us.
We look forward to your next visit.
