We really enjoyed our stay. We booked it last minute and I liked being able to view and select the exact unit that we stayed in. We had plenty of room for 6 and it was a great view of the beach and pool. It was clean and comfortable. The only complaint would be that the pull out sofa bed was a little uncomfortable for the boys, but I think that's pretty much the case with all sofa beds. I really liked the location and ocean view of this unit, as well as the cleanliness and newness, so I would be inclined to stay here again - although I might consider one of the units that also had the bunk area since they were only $5 more dollars per night on the last minute deals. The girls enjoyed having their own room and bathroom and it was nice being able to walk to the beach. The beach was beautiful and easy to get to. The amenity package that included the beach chairs and umbrella was particularly nice. We stayed years ago in one of the villas which are a bit older, so we were very pleased with the newness and cleanliness of the unit in ariel Dunes. The pools are nice and we were glad we opted for ariel Dunes I since it was early spring and the kids lke having the heated pool option especially in the evening. We will definitely return. A great value for a nice place

We have stayed at your resort four times over the years and have enjoyed it immenssly. The staff have always been courteous and helpful to all of our various questions or requests. Some apartments require up dating in quite a number of areas and can make a big difference to the enjoyment and satisfaction of the vacation. We have recommended your vacation holiday accommodation to many of our friends so we hope that some of the owners
do some decoration and up dating of furniture etc. -

We stayed at the aerial Dunes unit 808 June 17-20, 2010. The condo is very nice and has a magnificent view of the beach from the balcony. The pictures on the internet do not do this condo justice. It is very clean and has beautiful furniture. The zero entry pool is great for children. The condo is in a great location very close to shopping and restaurants. The check-in process was easy. The only complaint I have is that the front desk staff should explain the facilities and all of the codes before you leave the office. I did call later to ask questions that were not answred upon check-in and the staff helped with the questions that I had. Overall I would recommend this condo to friends and return again for another visit.

The condo was so beautifully decorated that it took my breath away. The view from our room was fantastic. The resort was beautiful too. The kids enjoyed using the basketball court. The pools were well kept and very refreshing. The beach was not a long walk at all. The free chairs and umbrellas were a bit plus. The activities offered on the beach were great! We would definately return to this gorgeous resort.

My family and I stayed in condo 808 for our children's Spring Break 2010. It was a last minute booking and Thank god it was absolutely Beautiful! The condo was centrally located and the balcony faced the beach. We got up each morning and had breakfast on the balcony and watch the sun rise and the waves rip on shore. This condo was beautifully decorated. It was home away from home.

Our condo was beautiful, clean and had a great view. Our check-in went smoothly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only bad thing....we didn't stay long enough!

The condo itself was great, nice and clean, spacious and , near the beach. However, i rented it in April and the day before i arrived there was additional almost $300 that i had to pay. Was not pleased with that, these fees should be disclosed up front not hidden. Also customer service was not not that good either. People were rude and uninformed. I arrived late to wait almost an hour on a unit #. It wasnt given to me the day before or emailed to me when i did pay the additional fee which i was not told about. Another thing, came prepared to play tennis, but found out i would have to pay for this too. Decided to just enjoy the beach..This was a very frustrating. Learned alot with this experience, but my next time in Destin, FL which is coming up soon will not be using your facilities. Thank you for having a good condo near the beach..
