The accomodations were as describled with no surprises. We felt like we were at home but had the bonus of an ocean view. Eating establishments off of the property were within convenient proximity

It was a delightfull experience to spend a few days at ariel Dunes. The resort is nestled between nice restaurants and close shopping opportunities. The Cabana restaurant is absolutly a great place to have breakfast and dinner if you choose so. A stairwalk away from the room, great conveniance and food selection.

Seascape service was excellent. Whenever I went to the front desk for assistance, they were always smiling and very helpful.
The unit met all our needs. It was well equipped for our long stay and it was very clean and comfortable.
It was close to shopping, the beach, and restaurants. The entertainment at the Cabana cafe and the golf course were right there on the property. Definitely, that was a plus.
We really enjoyed the heated pool.
The elevators were a problem this year. Getting stuck twice and waiting about 20 minutes both times for assistance was not very enjoyable. After speaking with other guests it seems to happen all the time. Definitely not what I want to hear. After that experience, I wouldn't go into the elavator with more than 6 people. This is a definite problem that needs to be resolved!
Other than that, we had a great time and love the area. We look forward to coming back next year. -

Our family really enjoyed this condo. It was tastefully decorated and very spacious. It's more impressive in person than in the pictures. The beds were very comfortable and having a washer/dryer in the unit was extremely helpful. We loved the balcony and the super views of the gulf. It made our vacation experience very peaceful and relaxing.
It would've been helpful to know what was provided in the unit such as cleaning supplies, dishware, etc. There is a grocery store nearby but travel a bit further and you'll find a Walmart where you can get all your groceries and other necessities for your stay.
The staff at Ariel Dunes could be a little more helpful with directions and explanations. -

IndianaGood but a few complaints

The condo was nice size and the location was good. The condo was a little further from the beach than what we expected. The shuttle wasn't up and running yet so we had about a 15 minute walk to the beach. The "free" umbrella and chairs that came with the condo weren't directly in front of the condo so you had to walk down the street a ways which was a little difficult with 3 children under 3. They indicate that you get a free coupon book for the outlet mall which is about 1 mile away but when we went to the information booth at the outlet mall, we were told that we had to get the coupon book at the front desk at the condo. They didn't tell you that. The blender in the condo didn't work. It was a little pricey for it being not right on the beach.

Manager
Thank you for your review of your stay at Ariel Dunes here on Seascape Resort.
Ariel Dunes is located just 300 yards, or about 3 football fields from the sand. It is generally a less than 5 minute walk to the beach. For Families with small children or anyone that cannot walk that distance, Seascape Resort does run a shuttle that departs Ariel Dunes approximately every 30 minutes. They Shuttle runs from 9:00am - 6:00pm Thursday - Monday.
As for the blender, we would have gladly brought you a replacement. There has been a new blender placed in Ariel Dunes 1502.
