My family and I absolutely loved ariel Dunes #1809. There were 2 adults, 2 teenagers and 3 kids under 10 and we all had more than enough space. It was like being home away from home. The short distance to the beach was a great perk as well. We will definitely stay here in the future.
The condo was also very clean. -

We were in town for a soccer tournament and stayed 3 nights. The condo easily accomadated 3 adults and 4 children. The condo was comfortable and clean. We have stayed at the seacape resort 3 times and will continue to return because we have always had great experiences.

This is the second time I stay at ariel DunesI and I would definitely go back! The condo was very comfortable and spacious, and believe me space is valuable when traveling with teens (not mine)!!! The view is spectacular! I would prefer to be right on the beach but for the price the very short walk is not bad at all! Most of all my favorite part of ariel Dunes I is the onsite cafe and cabana! Their food was excellent and the nighttime atmosphere for adults is a nice getaway without going too far from the kids! If only they added a gift/convenience shop onsite you might never have to leave! All in all a wonderful vacation, hope to be back next year!!!

What awesome views and we loved the balcony! Very nice condo and our children still are calling it "our florida home". We had a great time and no problems throughout our stay. Our family will be coming back again soon! Thanks!

The stay was very nice. I was in 1809 suit. The view is simply beautiful. The only problems I had with the suit was that the bunk bedroom did not operate the way I expected it. The only way you can watch TV in that room is to leave the lights on. I had to actually unscrew the light in order for my son to have the lights off while he watched TV. Although it is a three bedroom suit the hot water did not last. If one person ran a tub of water in the master bedroom there was not any more hot water for anyone else for a while. The tub in the master bed room had a leak so if you were relaxing in the tub you had to constantly listen to water leaking out the drain. I really did not like the fact that I paid a $125.00 cleaning fee but I had to take all the trash out before I left. For that high cleaning fee the cleaning people should be able to take the trash out. Other than all that the stay was very nice. I would stay at this resort again.

We had a great stay in unit 1809 at ariel Dunes! The view, amenities, and condo were all magnificent!!! This unit has everything, and we were very thankful for the washer/dryer and beach chairs. The beach service was a plus, too!!!

Resort was very nice. The condo was roomy and comfortable. The gulf view was great. Kitchen was a little small but that is usually the case at all vacation condos we've rented. Will try to return next summer. Almost cancelled but decided to visit anyway, despite the oil news. Will bring golf clubs and bikes next time.

Beautiful Location, Beautiful Condo. Only one issue, HORRIBLE water smell. Felt the condo did not advise about draining the Hot Water Tank in their literature. Or, they should have done it the day before we arrived to avoid the issue completely. Other than that, lovely stay!!

This is our second year at Ariel Dunes. We plan to come at least once a year
there. The condo is beautiful, however the carpet was in terrible shape. Our
kids had socks on and within minutes they were so dirty. The balcony was also
dirty. For the cleaning fee that I had to pay the place should have been
cleaner. I would have a talk with the cleaning crew!!! Also, it could really use a
more decent coffee maker.
The beds were comfortable. Pretty decor. And we REALLY appreciated the
beach chairs. That was a nice extra.

Great unit with plenty of space for eight of us. Could've easily fit more with the pull-out couch. Breathtaking views from the 18th floor! Will definitely stay again!
