Beware!!! Avoid this place at all costs! Dirty bedding & floors
Left on 04/02/2014 for a stay in March 2014 | Vacationer
Place is filthy. We arrived for a late check-in and found our Master bedding with stains, random hairs and dirt all over the place and blood spots on the matress pad and one of the pillows. Although Housekeeping brought us more sheets and bedding they were also covered in hair as well; I guess from them laying them on the floor when changing the sheets or the cleaning service is poor. Floors were filthy too. We walked around in white socks and they were black on the bottoms in no time. We would never stay here again. The walk is also a longish walk compared to the other Beach Front hotels to get to the beach. The Manager that was working the front desk didn't seem overly concerned about our concern with the unclean conditions of the room either. Bedding is not all that comfortable either and one of the pillows they brought was like laying on concrete. If you are looking for a dirty place with subpar management then this is your hotel! Otherwise I would recommend avoiding this place like the plague. Consider yourself warned...
Had a wonderful time.

The check in, Cathy made everything so easy. I had to reschedule and she again, made it a breeze. I had spoken with other front staff, but started asking for Cathy or left message.
The room was beautiful, loved the baloncy. Would go back in a heart beat.
Thanks for the wonderful stay,

We loved the condo. Close to the beach, amazing views, nice layout, great pools, convenient location. Only thing was, we wanted bunk beds. There was a queen in the extra room, however our 3yo still falls off the bed at times, and since there were tile floors, we thought this was a bad combination. Otherwise, had a great time!

Our stay at ariel Dunes was great! The view was fantastic! My only complaint was that I found hair(not ours) in a few areas.

We have stayed in this unit the past three years & Stayed at Seascape the past five years.
We were disappointed in the condition of the golf course compared to other courses in the area.

1908 was great - only room for improvement would be the mattress in the master bedroom

Despite the cold winter we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Ariel Dunes (unit 1908). We have booked the same unit for the winter of 2011.
The unit was nicely decorated and had adequate small appliances & dishes. The only additions we'd like to see are:a serving tray, juice glasses & small dessert dishes but failing that - great!
Very courteous & efficient office & maintenance staff.
Resort discount programs were not as good as previous years - no reduction for beach chairs & golf packages are almost as good for non Seascape guests. Several Seascape guests, we know, now rent directly with owners and feel their overall value is greater.
Beautiful room, view, and good price

Our rooms were very clean and well equipped. Appliances looked brand new. We had a great view of the Gulf. The pool and fitness center were great too. We will be back soon.

Seascapes property was amazing, the staff was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful throughout our stay as well as during the booking process. We stayed at Ariel Dunes Tower 1 and we will definitely go back to Ariel Dunes when we go to FL again, I will bring my family too since we went on about how nice it is they want to join next time! The only thing is it would have been nice if the shuttle was running to the beach, we have a 1 year old and don't stay out at the beach for long periods of time, so if we were to have walked to the beach with all of our stuff it would have been a waste of time, we had to drive ourselves but there was definitely ample parking right on the beach.
Don't stay here if it is cold and you want to sleep

The first night was comfortable - beautiful spacious condo w/ a gorgeouw view of the beach.
The 2nd and 3rd night the weather turned cold. A banging noise in the interior wall of the master bedroom began that made it impossible to sleep. At times, this noise was so loud that it could be heard from the next room. This noise was experienced by our neighbor as well as residents elsewhere on the floor. It may have something to do with the heating system. We brought it to the attention of the front desk and they acted like they had no idea what the problem was and made no effort to fix it. The 4th night we slept on the couch.
For the amount of services rendered, the cleaning fee was excessive. I pay $100/month to have a 4500 sq ft home cleaned. For $165 for only 4 days, we expected daily, hotel-like servies (ie, make beds, pick up bathrooms & kithchen)
4 of the 5 pools were unheated and too cold to enjoy.
I would not stay at that resort again and I would not recommend it.
