Where do i start. Well, we love it so much i want to go back to the same suite. Great location, everything is close by that we enjoy. The best part is the balcony and the huge tub in the master bed room loved it, love it. We had an awesome time as always. Can't wait to go back.

Auburn, ALAriel Dunes II 0210 Review
Left on 03/28/2013 for a stay in May 2012
We have stayed at ariel Dunes for the past five summers, the last two at unit 210. We like 210 because of the huge oversize deck that our granddaughter likes to play on during the times she is not at the pool or the beach. It is definitely a huge plus for us. We always get a 3 bedroom/3 bath because of the size of our family. Whatever unit we choose it is always clean and has an upscale feeling of a "million dollar" condo. We are coming again for our sixth year in May and will be staying at the equivalent unit in ariel I because of 210 being booked. We always look forward to our time at ariel Dunes and doubt we will ever use another resort!

Everything was excellent. If we would go back to the beach, we would book with you again. Our rooms were clean, clean, clean. That is so important. We really enjoyed our stay.

The place was spacious, however it wasn't as clean. The capet had alot of spots, and I had the hardest time finding the vaccum( Nasty smell) and the broom. I have stayed in better resorts. I wouldn't recommed the stay.

Excellent Family Vacation
LouisianaA Very Nice Family Vacation
Left on 07/31/2010 for a stay in July 2010
For a family vacation, it was extremely nice. There were 3 pools that were never full, we never heard any rowdy behavior/noise by other guests, the 3 bedroom condo was large,(adequate space for family) and the service was great. There were only 2 things that I can say negative and they were about the condo we chose. The carpet was very stained so since we had a 10 month old, we were a little uncomfortable about it. Lastly, only 1 of the 3 bathrooms locked and with children and extended family, we had to come up with an idea to know when the bathroom was occupied. Those small tidbits aside, this was the perfect place to take a family vacation.

The condo was a perfect setup - the space was great and comfortable and there was plenty of room for me & my extended family (there were 6 adults, 4 kids & 1 baby). We loved the huge porch - it was so spacious and a great place to send the kids for their meals. 2 of the kids even slept out there one night and had a blast. We were disappointed by the pools - the water was so cold, it's like they didn't heat them at all. Very uncomfortable for my 9 month old baby. We asked if we could swim at the ariel Dune I pool and were told we were "not allowed" (even though their pool wasn't crowded by any means - and it was a nicer pool with a fountain, and it looked warmer too!) I left a message with the Homeowners association to see if they could make an exception (especially considering there was tar on the beach & in the ocean - I had to throw away 2 swimsuits and 1 swimsuit cover b/c of the oil), but no one even responded to my message, which I thought was pretty rude. I was also disappointed by the "perks" of the resort. It was nice for my husband to have the free round of golf each day, but why couldn't they also include a free game of tennis as well? We also wished we had a condo that was closer to the beach. All in all - we really loved the space in the condo, but next time we'll probably rent something on the beach and with better pools.

TexasWe can't wait to go back!!
Left on 07/01/2010 for a stay in June 2010
This was our first time as a family, to the beach. My husband & I came along w/ our 4 kids & my mother. We loved it & were very pleased with our accomodations - roomy, clean, comfortable & awesome balcony!!!
We didn't take advantage of the things the resort had to offer (other than the swimming pools) because our goal was to be on the beach. We were so thankful we went when we did - the oil spill didn't ruin our plans & I pray those beaches remain clean & beautiful for others to enjoy.
If I had to leave a negative about anything, it would be that the instructions weren't clear about needing to provide our own paper towels & toilet paper beyond the 1 roll per bathroom. Also, the free umbrella & chair rental was much further down the beach than was our condo & beach access. We didn't know this until we (all 7 of us) had found a spot on the beach w/ all our stuff, then walked down to the hut to get our umrella rental. Then we had to move everything & everybody :/ Other than that, our vacation was wonderful & we hope to keep returning to ariel Dunes II & condo 210.
Thank you so much for a wonderful time, it went by waaay too fast! =) -
Regular Spring Break/Summer Renter
Suwanee, GAGreat Weather, not so great condo
Left on 04/15/2010 for a stay in April 2010
We rented this particular unit because friends had stayed there two years ago and we loved it because of the size of the unit, the expansive deck and it's location on the second floor overlooking the pool.
Fast forward two years and it seems that this unit has seen a lot of wear and tear without much upkeep.
Regarding the deck, the furniture was rusted, the table was missing tiles and the floor looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while.
Inside the condo, the living room really had deteriorated. The carpet had stains everywhere. Some were very recent, like the toothpaste (we think)stain in front of the sofa that was still sticky.
When we extended the sofabed for sleeping, we found bits of food, a child's small toy and a large toe nail clipper folded into the mattress.
The single chair and side table shown in the pictures are no longer there. The curtain rod above the sliding glass doors had been ripped out of the wall on one side and left that way.
Thankfully, the bathrooms were in good shape but the overall experience with this condo was not good at all.
This was the third time we have stayed at Ariel Dunes II and had always enjoyed our stay in other units.
I would still recommend Ariel Dunes II becuase it is a nice place overall with good amenities, I would just avoid staying in this unit.
There are other three bedroom units that have been kept in very nice condition and are worth renting.

Spacious rental unit. A/C was not working properly when we checked in, however maintenance fixed it within a couple hours, good service in that regard. Wish that the 850 SF patio had been cleaned in the 3-4 weeks prior to our visit, same with the front entry porch, which we had to sweep and wipe down when we got there. Aside from that, unit was clean, spacious. Online photos are accurate depictions.

The service started out good and then we had an issue with getting a proximity card for the fitness
center. We ere never advised at check in that we needed one so when we went to inquire about it they said we has already been issued one. It took a few hours to get it resolved but we did get the card eventually. Our condo was beautifuland it was decorated immacuately. We had a great location on the 2nd floor and our balcony was located directly over the pools. We had every amenity that we could have possibly wanted and all the perks that came along with the stay such as the beach chairs and umbrellas for eveyday we were there. I really can't find one thing that I didn't like about my stay except that the people that you have checking in your guest could possess a better attitude knowing that it is I the client helping to pay their salary. Keep the good work up and I will be back in the near future and I will recommend it to my friends and family.
Thanks,
Debra Dangerfield
