The accommodations were the best. Condo nice, spacious, and all you need to bring is yourself, food and your drinks. Everything is provided for you. The unit has a great view. The check in was fast, easy, and everyone was friendly and helpful. The entire vacation was great, and I can't think of a single complaint. My advice:you can't go wrong in booking this unit, but take care of it because I definitely plan to stay here again.

Our family of six plus two grandparents had plenty of room to enjoy personal space as well as plenty of gathering space. The balcony was large and the dining table had ten chairs. The kitchen had every piece of equipment imaginable for cooking on vacation--we were even able to make pizza dough and scones from scratch with no lack on our equipment. The bathrooms were generously sized and the air conditioning worked very well! We enjoyed our stay immensely.

This is the second year we have stayed at Seascape ariel Dunes II. The condo we had last year was a little bigger, but slept 10 as this one did. We arrived late as we stopped in Destin at McGuire's to eat. Got to the condo around 11pm. The only thing that put a dent in our night was no sheets on any beds. Had to call maintenance to bring sheets. They did in about 30 min and made up the beds so all was well. Very nice place to stay. I wouldn't mind living in that place.

This condo was amazing! It is very spacious and had more than enough room for our party of 8. The kitchen is fully equipped which was perfect for us to be able to cook breakfast every morning. The staff is very friendly. We arrives after scheduled hours and they helped us to he settled it anyway. The iron that we were given was broken, and they took a whole to replace it. We had to call them several times. Other than that, our experience was perfect.

We loved this condo. it was so roomy that we could have invited more people to come and stay with us. We were 2 adults and 3 twenty year olds and the 3 bedrooms/baths were just perfect. The spacious room in the living room, dining area and kitchen opened up so much that we could have had 5 or so air mattresses laid out in there to sleep more people. I loved just coming back from the beach and chillin' on the big balcony. That was awesome. the location of this place is perfect to everywhere you want to go, prime location!!!
We will be back at this resort.

The condo was not clean at all

This is our fourth year coming with our family to Destin. We usually have 2-3 condos each year. We have always stayed in a fabulous condo in arial dunes II. This year however, we were very disappointed. The floor was not mopped cleaned when we arrived. We had three children using the bunk/trundle bed...however, we could not use the bottom trundle because the comforters were filthy along with the mattress. The top bed was not even made. There was actually a blood stain on one of the comforters. It was just pretty gross to think about your kids on it. Because of that we were all kind of scared to use any of the comforters there so we just slept with a sheet. The dining room table was great since it was so long to accomodate all three condos of family for dinner so that was a plus. Also, the patio was very nice. We were just very disappointed in the lack of cleaning. Other than that the decor could use updating. Read more

We, at Seascape, value your feedback. It is our intention to have every guest leave with a positive experience. The bedding in your room was unacceptable, and on behalf of Seascape, we sincerely apologize that we fell short in this department. Our housekeepers do an excellent job on their cleans, and this one must have slipped past the inspectors rigorous checklist. I do know that we came out and provided fresh sheets immediately once we were notified of the error, so I hope that shows our dedication to your happiness. We have addressed the housekeepers about this issue and we surely hope this never happens again. Should you choose to revisit our area, we would love to make it up to you and your family, so please feel free to contact us and we will do our best to ensure your next trip is without a flaw.

A group of friends and our children stayed here in May. The property is amazing! The staff was helpful and friendly and the price was wonderful. We plan on staying here every year. Loved it. The pictures really don't do it justice. The place is beautiful!

We felt at home the moment we walked in the door. Everything was clean and neat. The kitchen was well stocked with every appliance we needed. My son enjoyed the large screen TV to play his video games on. My mother really enjoyed the balcony with beautiful views of the ocean and sunset. I hope we can stay here again for our next trip. Thanks so much for sharing your beautiful condo.

Our Spring Break started from the time we drove on to the property. We were greated with superior front desk staff. The condo unit surpassed our expectation and gave us plenty of room with all the comforts of home. The amenties were enjoyable and the proximatey to the beach can't be beat. We cannot wait to go back to Seascape and stay in unit 501.

Wonderful except for the La Dolce Vita beach service
Left on 09/24/2009 for a stay in September 2009 | Kathy
We had a wonderful stay at the Ariel Dunes II except for the beach service providing the chairs and umbrellas. I was particularly concerned about this service because of my mother-in-law who has had two hip replacements. It is imperative she has a chair at the beach. I was reassured by the reservations service at the resort that at this time of the year we shouldn't have any problems at all. Every day we hunted down chairs and umbrellas, which were always taken by early morning evidently, and when we did find chairs, we had to argue about keeping the chairs on the beach until 5:00 pm. They were taken up every day because of rain which sometimes came and sometimes didn't. The employees were flippant and said the rain had really messed them up. What about the renters who were paying money to stay there? I think they just wanted to go home early. I will check every resort from now on to see what beach service they are using. This almost ruined my vacation. Read more

I am sorry to hear about your experience with the beach vendor. I have forwarded your comments to the owner of La Dolce Vita beach services. This is not how Seascape wants to be represented.
I am happy to hear that you had a wonderful stay in Ariel Dunes II

The Condo was very nice. The only thing I was very disappointed in was the check in time. The tell you check in time is at 4:00pm. Well we drove 7hrs to get there and not get into the condo until 5:45pm! I was not happy! The location was great. The beach was beautiful.

We have stayed in other condos at Ariel Dunes II
and by far this one is the best. It slept 9 very comfortably and was spacious enough for 5 children to spawl out. The kitchen was fully loaded, more than other condo units we have stayed. The view was good. We will try to stay here again.

I really enjoyed Ariel Dunes 2. The pool was convenient, the condo was clean, and the location was good for our group. The desk staff could have been friendlier as upon my check-in I was handed an envelope, robotically read some information, and sent on my way. Also finding the location of checkin was difficult, there should be better signage. All around though, I would stay again. Thanks! Read more
Response from Seascape Resort & Conference - 05/13/2009
Thank you for your response. I do want my staff to go over the contents of the envelope, we do have a lot of information about you unit and other information for each guest. I do apologize if it came across robotic. I will talk with my staff about this.
As for the signage. We are currently working with the Master Association of the Resort on signage. And that should be complete in the next few weeks.

We have stayed at Ariel Dunes before and love the complex, the location, and the view. The condos are well kept and the staff is very friendly. This particular condo was roomy inside and clean. Only down side was the beds, very hard and not comfortable at all. By the end of the week we all had sore backs. Will stay at Ariel Dunes again best condos in the Destin area. Read more
