Location was great. Beach is clean and kid friendly. Pools are spacious and nice. The only negative thing was check in...wasn't able to check in until 5pm. Everyone else in our party was able to check in early. The room had a heavy colone smell and not enough soap, towels, or toilet paper. Bring your own.

When we checked in, we were told that our room was not ready. It was after 4 and the gentleman at the desk said it could be 5:30 before we get into the room but to make up for our wait he gave us a coupon good for 10% off of a dining cruise. My group thought that was more of a joke than just saying sorry. When they finally called us to let us know that the room was ready, which was about 5:00, we went to the room only to find a giant bag of dirty linens near the kitchen. The room was beautiful. The decor was updated and the colors reflected the experience of being near the beach. The view was perfect. I had requested a room near an elevator because I am pregnant and was accommodated. Once we got to the point where we weren't dealing with the staff, the stay was amazing. I give the room a 9 but the staff a 5.

We had a great time. The room was very nice. There were only a couple minor things like not enough wash clothes and remotes missing batteries.

had no iron. not enough toilet paper or trash bags for the length of stay. loved the pool. used the beach shuttle. thanks for the 2 beach chairs.

Had a good time. 3rd time to stay at arial dunes II. The only thing i didn't like was that they added a $120 resort fee that wasn't there the last 2 times i stayed. Thumbs up.

We enjoyed our stay for the Month of February.
The condo was very nice and we plan on coming back next year. The whole complex was very nice. We were able to check in before actual check in time of the day. The beach was in walking distance and the beach was beautiful. The weather could have been better but that is Mother Nature for you.
The unit is in need of a better vacum sweeper. The carpets in living area and dining area should have been cleaned.
The overall area is clean and upscale. Nice shopping and lots of nice restaurants
