This condo was spacious with balcony views from the living and bedroom area. If you are looking for a condo that does not give you any annoyances this one will not be it for you. Toliet in hall made noise all the time, 5 remotes (none that worked) for the TV in living area, and sliding door from bedroom does not work properly. The beds are very hard. If you are used to a plush pillow top you will be spending some miserable nights tossing and turning. The condo has an smell in the washer/dryer area. The washer smells like mildew which makes the condo smell bad. I kept bleach/water combination filled in the washer and it helped a lot.

Overall had a very good time. The weather in Jan. was cold but we still played golf.
There is annoying sound mostly at night.It sounds like a fan motor and tends to kep you awake. Other than yhat everything was fine.Love the view. Our stay was from Jan. to Mar. -

We had a wonderful time in Majestic Sun 213B, the only problem we encountered was there was not a remote that worked the tv in the great room but that was not a problem as we did not spend time watching tv. The view was fantastic, the people at the front desk in ariel Dunes were most helpful. We hope to return in the future.

The home was clean and decorated well. We enjoyed having the balcony that opened from both the living room and master bedroom. The closets and bathrooms were spacious. The beach was right across the street from the room. Having the umbrella and chairs included in the cost of the room was a great savings. It was a short drive to many restaurants. The only real complaint we had is finding where to check in. There needs to be staff at the Majestic Sun front desk just as there is at their sister location, Ariel Dunes. However, the staff was very helpful and directed us by phone to where we needed to go. This was my second stay at the Majestic Sun and will stay again when visiting Destin.

Condo was clean and view is great. A/C was a little suspect but OK. I would go again...which is always the measure.
