This is Majestic Sun, a luxury condominium resort overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Enjoy the many extras of this three bedroom vacation home, with the comforts and amenities you want and expect. Life is about choices, and your choices are all but endless at the Majestic Sun.
Beautifully furnished 3 bedroom unit on the 11th floor. Amazing view up and down the beach. This unit is comfortably equipped with a master suite with King bed, Guest suite with Queen bed and Guest suite with two full size beds. All unites are non-smoking.

I have stayed at many units at Majestic Sun and aerial Dunes and this was the dirtiest and outdated unit I have ever stayed in there. There were many ants in the kitchen. When I called the office I could not get anyone to answer because it was after 5 on a Friday so we bought some raid and then cleaned it up ourselves. The beds were not very comfortable either. The electronics were outdated too!

It was in the beginning of March when my family visited there, and the beach was not warm enough to let us go and enjoy daytime. However, the joy of staying at nice 'Majestic Sun' was always satisfactory. I'd definitely come here again for my third visit!

The complex is in an ideal location. This particular unit is somewhat dated and needs some remodeling. We were with several other couples and friends and enjoyed the 6 weeks together and the amenities in the surrounding area.

It was not clean when we arrived which was disappointing to start our stay on a negative note. Also the kitchen is not equipped to handle 12 people staying there and one of the burners was not working. Lastly, the masterbedroom bed was uncomfortable. I could not believe, but all the bedrooms only had a video player which now days is pretty much obsolete. There were chairs in the closet that was open, so I assume the renters could use. If so, this is an extra perk we have not seen in any other unit. We come regularly and would not want this unit again.

the condo colors were bright and colorful. everything was handy and available. a better brand of toilet paper and paper towels are needed. we had a child with us and used more dishes than normal for vacation so more dishwasher detergent was needed. the beach toys supplied by the owners were great for our little beach boy. best view ever in the 11 years we have been vacationing in destin. heated pool was great.

We had a fun time at the beach. Majestic Sun is a great property and the unit has a great view. Our disappointment was in the condition of the unit. Everything was worn out and the rugs were filthy! We stayed in this unit years ago and nothing had been updated or replaced. Would not want to stay there again unless cleaner and updated beds and sofa and kitchen.

Upon check-in, there is a card to show for the beach chairs and other amenities, that you are supposed to be given. If you show up without the card, you are sent back, in my case to the office, to get it. Unfortunately, the beach staff refuses to use their cell phone to check with mgt, even if you have handicapped persons with you. Patronage should be highly valued, these days, and they just don't care. - Maybe revise a policy?

It was great other then they knew we were checking in late and did not give us an elevator code so we had to take the elevator to the tenth floor and carry our bags to the 11th floor up the stairs. Also the cable cord in the master bedroom was pulled out of the wall and I had to rig it to work. Other then that it was a great place !!!!!!!!

We had a problem with the cleanliness of the room. The floors were a little dirty. The most concernign issue was dried blood on the sheets. It was disguisting. We call but got no response. We washed the sheets. This was an inconvience. Despite this the condo was beautiful with a great view.

We have a fabulous time. It was like a home away from home. The clerks at the front desk should have more information about discounts. Example you can print coupons for water park. The home and the veiw where awesome. It was a clean, safe place to stay at with my family.

We had a nice family vacation. I would recommed the condo. It was beautiful. Very nicely decorated, very roomy.
The balcony was nice to sit and listen to the ocean. Close to area sites to visit.
The rent on the condo was a bit high and the kitchen needs more items for cooking.
But it is a a great place to spend a few days.

Enjoyed the stay. The room was very nice and homey. The omly problem was the frig did not get very cold and the hall bathroom toilet stopped working several times. But things were nice overall. Can't wait to stay again!

cleaning fee was very high. anyway to adjust according to days stay? tennis courts were locked. nobody available in the proshop although open sign was hung. -

We stayed in a 3 bedroom condo which had good amenities; washer/dryer, iron and board, TV,DVD player. THe unit was clean and pleasantly furnished. Only improvement I would suggest.. not enough items such as dishwasher cleaner, dish detergent, paper towels, garbage bags for 2 night stay for cooking breakfast,lunch/ and one dinner.
I thought checkout time of 11am a little early- noon would have been better. Also
