This propety has a Saturday to Saturday requirement during Spring Break and a three night minimum over holidays. **The 4th of July requires a weekly stay** All other times there is no minimum requirement.

I spent days trying to find a good deal on a hotel room, condo, or beach house in Destin. Every site I tried for condos and beach houses, showed the properties as being available, but then when you contacted the owner, they were booked solid. Every hotel I checked into cost a ridiculous amount of money. Then I found Newman-Dailey's site. I booked a condo online, and within the hour, a representative called me to confirm everything. We were two blocks from the beach, an easy walking distance, and the price of the unit was a half of what we would have paid in hotel rooms for our group, plus we had a kitchen and three bathrooms. It was an excellent arrangement, and we couldn't be happier.

The condo was very dirty (I've stayed in Boy Scout tents that had less dust on the floor.) The sofa bed needs to be replaced (its at least 25 years old.) The Condo's pool is small but nice and is located within a short walk to the beach.

We enjoyed our stay during the 4th of July Holiday. The condo was very clean and spacious. The kitchen very well equipped and beach items were also made available to us by the owner. We brought our children and grandchildren to the beach and everyone was very satisfied with our stay. I would certainly recommend this condo and Newman-Daily to family and friends for their next visit.

We had a great time at Woodland Shores. The facilities were nice and gave my husband and I and our 22-year-old son the comfort and privacy we wanted. Each morning and evening we enjoyed riding our bicycles. We also enjoyed walks on the beach and the Woodland Shores pool. We've stayed here several times and have enjoyed it each time.

This condo was very nice. Newer furnishings throughout the unit. It was very clean too. The condo complex is only 2 blocks from the beach. We walked to the beach everyday. The pool at the condo was very nice and kept very clean. The people who live at the condo complex were very friendly too. This was the second time we stayed at this condo complex in the last 2 years and we will stay here again next time we come to Destin. The amenities that Newman Dailey offers are awsome! We had 2 free nights at the track, one free ticket to the dolphin cruise, umbrellas and chairs on the beach everyday. Tons of great things!!! We love how close we were to Pompano Joe's Restaurant. Desin is our favorite place to come vacation. Great family vacation-we all enjoyed our vacation!

We had rented from ND in the past and were pleased with the Service and Accomodations at that time. This time, I wanted a little "breathing room", and time to spend with my Granddaughter and Daughter. So my Husband contacted ND and they had this. As far as Budget, Locale, etc., it was exactly what we were looking for. All in all, we were pleased with the Accomodations, and, as before, the Service we received from the Staff at ND was GREAT.
Hope to be back again next Year....
