Precious Moments is a quaint beach cottage located in the gated community of Emerald Waters Village. The neighborhood has a community pool that is just steps away from the home. Located in Miramar Beach, Precious Moments is close to many local favorite restaurants as well as some of the best shopping in the area. The Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlet Mall is just a short drive away. The cottage has a screened in back porch for you to relax on during those warm summer nights while you enjoy the company of the ones you love.

The unit is well equipped except it would be nice to have a gas grill available. It is a great size for two people. We enjoy the pool and easy access to the beach.

Miramar Beach is absolutly beautiful! The people we encountered were so friendly. We did not have to worry about driving anywhere, rented a few bikes and could get to shopping, restaurants and taverns. Walked alot also! This might be the first vacation I did not gain weight! We will do this agin at the same house, if we don't buy it first! Lol

We really enjoyed staying in this home. The pool was close by and the beach within walking distance. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is that in order to get to the beach you must walk down a long set of stairs. If you are using a wagon or stroller to get to the beach, it is very difficult. Also, if you had someone who couldn't navigate steps, you would not be able to get to the beach easily. We did have a couple of maintenance issues while we were there which were addressed very promptly, professionally and courteously.

We loved the rental property. Couldn't imagine it would have been so perfect and just a short drive to the beach. It was a quiet neighborhood. The house was beautiful and just enough room for all of us. We hope to make precious moments rental a yearly vacation place. This was our first trip to the destin area and I don't think we will go anywhere else in florida for vacation.

We were so excited to find a home at the last minute. Destin Getaways was so easy to work with! The home was in a beautiful neighborhood just steps from the beach. Situated between SandestIn and Destin, the location was great for our family with two teenagers. The home was decorated nicely.

We were surprised that the house was just as the picture had shown. It was very nice. Anyone would enjoy staying there. Very close to beech, walking distance. Two nice pools to choose from.

Our family had an amazing time. The place was perfect...plenty of room to spread out, relax and have fun. Nothing disappointed. Very classy place that felt like home right off the bat. Check in and check out were very easy, and help was available if needed. Very affordable for how close we were to the beach too.

Been to the house a few times in the past, and will go there more in the future. Most everything one needs for a great vacation is there. It's clean and well appointed and within a short walk to the beach, (a couple of tenths of a mile). It is also very close to shopping outlets, restaurants, grocery stores and most everything else Destin has to offer. A wonderful little private gated comunity in the center of Destin. Love it and we'll be back!

We called at the last minute and wanted a quick weekend trip to the Destin area. The rental agent was extremely pleasant and helpful, and walked me through very detailed and accurate steps on how to get in to the house after hours. The house was exactly as shown online, and the location was great. For the price, I was really impressed. We will be repeat customers.

Felt like we were at home. Wonderful house for vacationing. Clean, plenty of room, loved the screened in back porch. Friendly neighbors! Good area in Gated-Community to walk the pets. Pretty well-landscaped parks and close to the beach.

Precious moment is an awesome place to stay. Our family of four thoroughly enjoyed it. The house was very neat and clean with the perfect amount of amenities. It is just close enough to the beach to go have fun and just far enough away to give your privacy and peace and quiet when you want it. We will definately be back.

We were disappointed that we could neither see the beach or hear the ocean. Our mistake! Is it really only 0.2 away? We will choose a beachfront next time. No complaints as far as the little house is concerned...it was in wonderful condition and is well maintained. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.

Great house for the price. only 1-2 blocks from beach, easy with kids.
No CBS on tv or internet access, no extra sheets, blankets or pillows either.

I have used Crye Leike before and was thrilled to use them again. We came in November, 2008 and our vacation was great. "Precious Moments" was a wonderful place to stay. It was decorated like I would have done myself. Everyone in the family loved it and had a great time staying there. It was close to the beach and also close to everything else. We will always have great memories of our stay there and would highly recommend it to anyone.
Crye Leike is a great company to work with - they were very helpful. Bettyna was a delight to meet. We really enjoyed eating at Captain Kidds. We will probably come earlier next time so that our boys can enjoy the outdoor activities before they close. All in all we would rate this one of our best vacations. Thanks. -

Dave, Rhonda, and I enjoyed our stay at Precious Moments. The furnishings (sofas, beds) were comfortable, especially the master bedroom mattress, and the rooms spacious with lovely kitchen cabinets supplied with adequate china, etc.
I loved having a walkin closet in the master bedroom and double sink vanity in the bath. The community was well cared for and landscaping, trash removal, etc. well maintained.
We look forward to staying at Precious Moments in December.
