Welcome to condo 501. The beautifully decorated two bedroom, two bathroom condo is located on the 5th floor of the building. The condo has a gorgeous view of the Gulf of Mexico, from the moment you enter the condo. It has a large balcony to enjoy your breakfast or dinner on. This condo has custom cherry cabinets in the kitchen, and new stainless appliances.

Our family enjoyed a very last minute vacation at the Edgewater Beach Condos. We actually booked the day prior to leaving. We were fortunate that 501 was available!
What a gorgeous home away from home! The view from the bedroom and living area was just beautiful. We were impressed with the value and location. It was great to walk down to the pool or beach just steps from our condo. We parasailed from a few yards away off our private beach. Our experience here was very memorable and probably one of our favorites! Oh, and my family laughed at me because I couldnt stop talking about the sand! Soft, white, flour-like sand was just incredible!

This awesome beach front property was the perfect beach paradise. The condo was decorated very nicely with ample kitchen and dining supplies to accomodate at least six guests. There was a wonderful view of the beach and the patio allowed us to take full advantage of the ocean view and the warm summer night's breeze. I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to future visits. Edgewater condos are definitely in a great location to shopping and restaurants.

We have stayed here 4 times. Love the pool and the grounds are kept very nice. However good luck having a quiet cup a joe in the morning, there are landscapers cutting grass and blowers constantly. The unit we stayed in we've been in before and did not have any issues. This time was aggravating, we issues with toilets backing up and the sink had a leak. I have to say they were johnny on the spot to try and fix the problem. Customer service was good. Overall we really do like Edgewater. Just had some irritation.

We are sorry that you were not happy with the noise of the landscapers. You did mention that the grounds were kept very nice. Unfortunately in order to keep the grounds nice it is necessary to have the landscapers working. We try to have them start at a reasonable hour in the morning so as to limit the disturbance. We have a large turnover of guests in the summer and sometimes problems with the plumbing is not always reported. Thank you for reporting your issues with the toilet and sink so that we could fix tem in a timely manner. We hope that you will continue to visit Edgewater and that your visits over the years will be pleasant and memorable experiences.
