  We had a family of 9 stay at this house in June of 2012 for a week (6 adults, 3 small children).
  
  The house is fantastic, and very luxurious. There are 4 bedrooms (all king beds)...and all the rooms were fairly large. There's one bedroom in the bottom floor, one in the main floor, and 2 in the top floor. The bathrooms were also well apointed. Bedding very comfortable. Wrap around deck was accessible for all middle and top floor bedrooms. All of our kids were young, so they slept in pack-n-plays in different rooms. If our kids were older, we may have preferred rooms with bunk-beds, etc...but no complaints from us!
  
  Fyi: The jets in the jacuzzi in the Master Bedroom upstairs don't work...but that is a known problem that they are upfront about.
  
  If you have really young kids that can't go up/down stairs by themselves yet...be warned that there are two large winding staircases. No baby gates are available that fit the staircases, so you will have to keep an eye on the kids to make sure they don't try to wander up or down on their own from the main floor.
  
  Kitchen had state-of-the art appliances. Wine cooler was a nice touch. Gas grill on the deck (but we never used it). Flat panel TVs in every bedroom (although on stands, in a dresser). The main living room has a large flat panel TV too. We brought along an Hdmi cable and were able to watch movies off our laptop on it.
  
  The Wi-Fi internet had good strength (important for us). Unlike other places where the internet is dog-slow...this was not.
  
  There's no access to the home's garage for renters, but the driveway can hold 2-3 cars. You just have to play car-musical-chairs to get your car out each time.
  
  The beach is a little further away than we had imagined...but still not far at all. A short walk across a 2-lane road...and you're there. But this is not beach front property, if that's what you're expecting. The beach itself is immaculate. Very fine white sand. Almost like talcum powder. Water was still a little cold in June, but still fun.
  
  The community pool and hot spa pool were amazing! Definitely the biggest highlight of our trip. Our young kids loved the pool and spa, and never wanted to go to the beach. We could've stayed in it all day. Never crowded either. Very quick and easy to get to. Next beach house we stay at will have a tough time living up to this quality IMO.
  
  There's plenty to do in the nearby area. Lots of restaurants and outlet shopping nearby. Most of the nearby chain restaurants are good for young kids. There's a Winn Dixie right around the corner for supermarket needs. There's also a huge Walmart just a few miles down the road for everything else you need. Eat at Mitchell's FishMarket for good, large family fine dining.
  
  There were a few minor issues that we ran into when we first moved into the beach house, but andrea, the rental POC, was very responsive to our questions and needs. They also left us some beach chairs and a beach umbrella that we could borrow. Thanks andrea!
  
  Overall, I'd definitely recommend this beach house for large/extended family vacations. Having 4 bedrooms with king beds was definitely nice for us. The Destin area was also a pleasant surprise. If the pool wasn't so fun, we probably would've spent more time on the beach!
  
  P.S. The address for the beach home property doesn't show up on Google Maps. the closest intersection is Hwy 98 & Monaco Street.
