This beautifully decorated upscale condo is located in one of the nicest neighborhoods in the Sandestin Resort. This ground floor unit is spacious and very comfortable with almost 2,100 square feet of living space. The kitchen offers everything you’ll while you’re here if you feel like cooking dinner for friends or family.
The living room is comfortably furnished and has cable TV and DVD Player for evening entertainment. The condo sits on the 9th hole of the golf course and has a wonderful view. The screened in and furnished lanai offers a great spot for relaxing in the evening.

Over the past 20 years my family and I have taken short 3 or 4 day vacations in Sandestin several times a year. Of the numerous places we stayed over those years, 8526 Turnberry was the very best. It appeared to be freshly painted with not a mark or scratch on the walls. The tile floors in the laundry, kitchen, dining,living and bathrooms appeared to be new and were spotless. The carpet in the bedrooms was also very clean. The granite counter tops in kitchen and bathrooms appeared to be new. The appliances (like the double drawer dishwasher and the double oven)were top of the line. All of the furniture from the dining room to the bedrooms appeared to be new. The large flat panel TVs in living room and all 3 bedrooms were nice. With numerous photos and other personal touches throughout the place, it was more like visiting a well maintained family residence than a rental unit.
The people at Have Travel Memories were friendly and very easy to deal with. They lived up to their name! We definitely have positive memories of this mini thanksgiving vacation.
