I think that the location of our villa was excellent with a wonderful view. It was very spacious to comfortably sleep all our family. I think that the villa does need a few updates starting with the living room furniture. It carried a slight odor and was starting to rip in some places. I think that the owner should update by placing tvs in all the rooms. We got stuck watching cartoons with the children because the tvs were limited. I think that the Master bedroom needs a larger tv as well. There were two microwaves in the unit but one did not work and had a small sticker that stated do not use. I think that it should be removed so that no one uses it by mistake and cause it damage to the unit. Other than that we had a great time sitting outside and enjoying the weather. My family loves staying at Seascape Resort. We have stayed there three times now and is ready to plan another visit there before the end of the summer.

This was our first trip to the Destin beaches.The location and the condo was excellent.Will return to the same resort for our next beach vacation .

We loved the layout and the area.. The only thing I didn't like was we had no wash clothes and we had to pay for the washer and dryer that took us 3 times to dry.. And I caught someone trying to break into my car but that wasn't seadcapes problem..

We traveled here in a large group of friends and family and went to the beach everyday. Our spot wasn't close enough to easily walk with all the kids and kid junk, but we had no problem with parking. The condo itself was big enough for everyone of the 5 of us to get some space. The decor was a little dated, not that it mattered, but the mattresses were way past expiration and that does matter. For us, we would have liked to have had a choice about the inclusion of golf as no one in our room golfed, and we still paid for it. We still had a great time, and we enjoyed the local shopping and creature comforts.

My husband and I rented the place for new years weekend. We had plenty of room and the place was very nice and cozy. We loved the resort and my husband especially loved overlooking the golf course.

What we enjoyed about our stay was the convient location to the beach it was just walking distance away, we also enjoyed the quietness of the golf willas. There was easy access to all amenites such as washer & dryer and I enjoyed having access to the pool which was not over crowded due to us having access to either pools on the property. I especially enjoyed the price that we paid for the weekend. It was a very economical way to spend the Labor Day weekend away from home and was much cheaper than that of a hotel room. I would definately recommend!!!!

I've stayed in Seascape many times. Seascape is my number 1 choice when
vacationing in Destin. I booked this villa for a family get away and my family
loved the quiet community and distance from the beach. We walked from the
villa to the beach numerous times. I'm going back in a few weeks =) -

With a family of six it is difficult to find affordable and pleasant vacation destinations. We really appreciated the cleanliness and spaciousness of this home. It provided a nice home base for us as we visited the different beaches and state parks in the area.
Although I had hoped for a free laundry facilities, the coin operated ones provided were again very clean and very useful.
I would highly recommend this home for rental.
