We checked in after dark on Friday evening, and all the exterior lights at our condo were burnt out, even the lighting on the stairs, so it was very difficult getting unloaded, and steering clear of the surrounding construction dumpster and materials.
Once in the condo, it had a very musty smell, and the carpet was stained to the point I didn't want to walk bearfoot.
Extras were at the bear minimum! No coffee, and no blow-dryer...even had to pay for ice!
When we checked-in on Saturday morning after they opened at 9:00, we received our round of golf which we used on Saturday, and a voucher for 2 chairs and umbrella we planned to use on Sunday, which we thought was wonderful...only to check in at the beach Sunday morning and were told that the voucher can't be used on the day of check-out! Are you kidding! Someone should have told us this from the beginning!

Nice to have a washer and dryer but needed some cleaning. Cob webs galore on the ceiling and needed a ceiling fan. Thermostat did not work but thanks to the nice maintainace man everything was fixed. Older unit and needed some upgrading. Wasn't as close to the beach as we would have liked. Nice to have a unit and not be in a hotel.

Thank you for your response. I have sent a message to the HOA of the Golf Course Villa's about the cleaning and cob webs in the laundry area for building 17. They have taken care of that.
The Golf Villa's are sprinkled throughout the Golf Course , which are set back from the beach. They are the most economical units due to location.
There are a number of choices in both our Villa's and High Rise accomodations. Our unit owners take pride in their units and we always forawrd any comments about furnishings and upgrade suggestions.
