This was a great location with very beautiful scenic view of the golf course. A very private location with all of the comforts of home. Our unit was close enough to walk to the beach, heated pool and local restaurants. The best thing about the place was the well maintained grounds with large mature trees, flowers in bloom, it was also very quiet and relaxing. Being a runner I also enjoyed jogging in and around the area. The only criticism I would have was that I felt our unit could have been cleaner, we had to wash the floors and vacuum the carpets upon arrival. The cleaning utensils ie: mops, and vacuum were not up to standards either. Despite the last statement I would return here in a minute.

The condo was very clean, quiet and roomy. We enjoyed the golf course and being so close to the beach with parking and umbrella/chair package. The grounds were very clean and nice and all the personnel we delt with were very helpful and friendly. I would suggest having more guest towels, kitchen garbage bags (we cooked every meal and needed more bags)and kitchen supplies to clean with. We would definately recommend this to others and would love to come back!

The villa was very nice. We had a wonderful time. The whole extended family stayed in the Golf Villas at Seascape for the event of the year, my daughter's wedding.
It was a nice location with comfortable and tastefully decorated villas with layed back comfort. -

I was pleased with the home we rented. It was very nice and although there were several other units in the same building we were in, it felt like we had our own place. No noise problems at all.
I was very dissatisfied with the customer serivce I received when I did have problems. Fist, I rented the unit and verified the price several times with the operator only to get a confirmation email the next day that was nearly $400.00 more expensive. After FOUR unreturned calls about this problem, a friend who stayed with me called to straighten it out.
Also, there were two charcoal grills outside our unit. We bought charcoal, lighter fluid, and food to grill out, we moved the grill out into the yard, and in the middle of grilling were stopped by a security guard who told us we were not allowed to use charcoal grills, but these grills were on the property!!!??? -

I have stayed at Seascape Gold Villas every summer for 30 years! This was the 1st time to stay in the new 3 bedroom = very nice! My only complaint is that it was not clean - and the vacuum was broken in the unit. Other than that, I would stay in this unit again. Another complaint is that the beaches have gotten sooo crowded!
We have been staying at Seascape for 30 years in the Golf Villas = we love being on the course, but we have seen Destin change - too crowded! Wish the Whale's Tail had been serving - hopefully they will be next summer.
