Situated around Lake Stewart you will have a great view from every unit. 1,2 & 3 bedroom units are available with fully equipped kitchens and laundry facilities to accommodate your every need. You will be just a short walk to the Whale’s Tail beach walkover and the lakefront pool. Don’t forget to book your tee-times at Seascape and Emerald Bay. All unites are non-smoking.

Loved the location! Cannot believe we paid $150 for a cleaning service...pantry had a large dead cockroach that had obviously been there a while and sticky shelves, and the table on the covered porch had something growing from an old spill. Cleaning service needs to be fired!

Seascape was a great place for us to stay. We loved our condo. It was so pretty. Everyone was able to have their own bedroom and bathroom. Also great to have a TV in each bedroom. The kitchen was convient for us to cut down on food costs by making basic meals at the condo. Extra boogie boards and chairs were located in a closet, which was a nice surprise for when we went to the beach. The beach was located just across the street! Worst part was that after walking around the condo for awhile, the bottom of our feet were dirty. Would definetly stay in this condo again!!!

Everything was great, no oil, a little rain, good room. Fun times at the beach bar. We arrived early, were told I would be called on my cell when the room was ready. We around 3 hours before check in (4:00), waited in the Cabana (nice) until check in time, when I went the desk, the fellow said, "oh yea, I called you a long time ago and left a voicemail", I checked my phone, no missed call or,voicemail. That part was no big deal really, he just could have been a little more professional.

Thank you to the owners of Lakefront 231...you provided a lovely 'homey' feel, from your interior decorations to all of the things we needed to cook a few meals. We also had perfect views of everything Seascape had to offer-the lake and golf course in the back, and the beach and ocean view in the front! I will definitely use 231 again and again; every time we come to Destin.

The room was great. We had some hot water heater trouble but it was fixed promptly. Also the microwave did not work, but everything else was NICE, CLEAN, SMELLED FRESH, REALLY NICE.
