Everything was very nice ,clean, and ready for us when we got there. Only thing i did not like was the day when a crew showed up to work on the deck without notice. But this place was very enjoyable. I will be back.

The renters prior to us must have brought raw seafood into the unit and allowed it to leak on the tile floor at the bottom of the stairs.. I called the front desk and houskeeping cleaned it up very quickly but the floor should have mopped before we checked in.
The unit owner has a locked thermostat that won't allow temps below 71 degrees...makes the upstairs pretty uncomfortable even with the ceiling fans running.My thermostat at home is set at 68
Overall it is a very nice unit and if you like it a little warm it is near "PERFECT". We love Seascape and look forward to returning. Hopefully the Whale's Tail restaurant will be rebuilt,but Jerry at the bar downstairs still makes it all worthwhile. -

We have spent 6-8 weeks of the winter in this unit for the past three years. It's location is ideal - very short walk to the beach, heated swimming pool, and putting green. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds are terrific. There is a beautiful view (across the lake) from either the patio off the living room or the patio off the master bedroom. The new washer/dryer, flat screen TV, and video players make it like home. The living room furniture is not as comfortable as it might be. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stays and have booked again for next year.

This was a great unit to stay with kids as it has very few items that they can damage. The location is fabulous and there was plenty of room for everyone. We also had room to have 6 people to join us for dinner one night and we weren't crowded at all. We really liked the blackout shades in the bedrooms. That was helpful in the morning and in the afternoon when kids napped.
