Description

Beautiful home located in the centre of the vibrant town, Mirleft in Morocco. Located next to several sandy beaches the town is popular with tourists looking for the 'real Morocco'. One of the best surfing areas in Morocco, the town has many activities on offer: surfing, fishing, horse riding, quad biking, walking, and lazing on the beach!

The house is located just a moments walk from the souk, which is the centre of town, and it's many restaurants, cafes and shops. The garden is a major feature, full of lush green plants and beautiful flowers it is the perfect space to relax. Right in the heart of the town it's an oasis of calm. There are 2 sandy beaches both a 15minute walk from the house and there are numerous others located along the coast which are easily accessible if you have a car.

The house itself is very spacious with a large open plan living area downstairs consisting of modern kitchen, dining room, study area and large living room. There are high ceilings which keep the house very cool, even in summer, and an arcade which leads onto the spacious courtyard garden.

The garden is planted with trees and climbing plants such as jasmine and bougainvillea. There is a shaded lounge area outside with 3 cushioned day beds, as well as an outside dining table and outside shower (with hot and cold water). Leading off the garden there is also a downstairs toilet.

The kitchen is fitted with fridge/freezer, electric oven and gas hob together with all your basic cooking utensils and crockery.

Upstairs there are 3 large bedrooms all with ensuite bathrooms. The master bedroom has a balcony which overlooks the front of the garden, it has 1 double bed and 1 single bed. The second bedroom has 1 double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds which can also be joined and used as a double bed.

The house is decorated in a tasteful style with elegant traditional moroccan design elements and furnishings. It comes complete with bed linen and bath towels but not beach towels.

The house is located in the very centre of Mirleft in a residential area on a wide well lit road with plenty of parking space. It is directly opposite the town football pitch and in the afternoon local people gather to chat and play. People here are very friendly so it is easy to feel part of the local community if you wish. It takes just a few minutes to walk to the souk (the main high street) where there are lots of shops, cafes and restaurants. It is great to be able to walk home easily after an evening out or to pop to the bakery for fresh croissants in the morning! Be sure to visit the souk on Monday when the weekly market takes place.

Agadir is the nearest airport to the house. It is about a 1.5 - 2hr drive away and we can help arrange a taxi for you if you would like.

This is a really, friendly local place where you can easily make friends and get to know more about the area.

No smoking in the house please. There is plenty of lounging space in the garden where you can smoke. Thank you.
