Weekly rates range from $2250 - $3950. This ground floor corner beach house is located at the corner of Ocean Front Walk and famous York Court in North Mission Beach. Surfing on one side, swimming and Volleyball on the other. We have one of the few staircases to the sand (easy beach access). The ideal location provides easy walking access to all the stores, bars and restaurants North Mission Beach has to offer, it is also a nice walk or bike ride to Pacific Beach, South Mission Beach, or offers easy access for a stroll on the ocean front boardwalk or bayside walk. Mission Beach is centrally located in San Diego providing easy access to Downtown, Mission Valley, Mira Mesa, La Jolla and more. Family reunion for Christmas. We had the best time. Everything was convenient and close. Location? The best. We watched dolphins surfing in the waves... From the living room! The condo had everything to make our stay perfect.

We would not stay in this unit again
There was mold and mildew in bot bathrooms.
It was very noisy.
The ocean view was blocked by buildings, and plants.
The condo was just not worth the price. -

We met in San Diego with family and friends to see the Green Bay Packers play the San Diego Chargers. Maurice provided great accommodations and was a gracious host, making our stay a wonderful experience for everyone.

We rented 5 units. It was just right for our extended family of 27. We had all the amenities we wanted or needed. We could have used a wood barbeque for smores. They don't taste good over gas. But we made do with a loaner from a neighbor. Maurice was great to work with.

We loved our vacation at Mission Beach! The location is a 10 on a 10 scale! There is no improvment on that! So much to do! The house was nice, slightly less luxusious then I anticipated but it was still wonderful! Maurice and alex were amazing, very accomodating! If the house doesn't have something, just ask and they will find it in another unit. The view is awesome, step out the door and you are on the boardwalk! You don't need to go anywhere! There is amazing restraunts within a minute walk, no exaggeration! You will love it, we rented 2 bottom units and had 3 families and my parents join us, it was perfect! We definately will be back!

we were very please w/our stay. Maurice was very herlpful prior to our arrival, as well as, during our stay. The condo was comfortable and a great location. My only concern, and the reason for my next answer, is that a couple of my friends overheard some of the conversation (possibly on the phone) that another renter was having w/Maurice. They were a little put off by the answers/response form the owner re:some missing/broken items w/in the other rental. I say this, because unless someone tells you these things, you will never know.

we had a great time, perfect location, beach was great with our kids (4 and 5 yrs). only thing we needed that was not there was a dvd player or vcr in the bedrooms when kids were ready to relax and we needed quiet time in the front room. Maurice was great, all was wonderful. Couches in front room were very comfy! Nice kitchen and walking distance to grocery store, bars, and coffee. we took pictures of dolphins from our front room. it was great to watch sunset every night, and hear the waves every morning.

I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a place right on the beach and close to the pier. Anything you need is within walking distance. The house was in excellent condition and was equipped with anything we could ask for. Also, the owner was extremely responsive to all inquires so if you are looking for place and this one is booked, I would recommend renting a different place from this owner.
