Sweeping ocean views and beautiful sunsets can be viewed from the living area, master bedroom and private balcony of this top-floor ocean-front condo. Above the beach on the third floor, you can fall asleep watching the moonlight on the waves and listening to the surf, yet have complete privacy from passersby.
This charming and comfortable condo has two bedrooms and one bathroom, with an extra vanity/sink area in the second bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed, sweeping ocean views, and balcony access. The second bedroom has two twin beds.

Phoenix, AZGreat Location - A few issues

We stayed here for a week in the beginning of July 2012. It was me and my husband and our two young children. The place was immaculate when we got there - which I really appreciate! We loved the ocean view balcony. The furniture is nice, sheets and bedding in great shape and the kitchen was well equipped. Bathroom was great as well although the vent fan was a bit loud.
The positives: location! This is in the heart of Mission Beach, you can literally be on the beach in two minutes and can enjoy the ocean view and boardwalk people-watching anytime from the balcony. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance and the garage parking was fantastic. Laundry facilities are in the garage too which was nice when everything we had was covered in sand. Kitchen is well equipped.
The negatives: The Internet is listed as wireless. We were told upon check-in that we would have wired internet. But when I set up our laptop the wired internet did not work at all. And then on the rental information they gave us at check-in the agency clearly states they do not provide tech support for the internet. I called the rental agency on Monday and told them that I would appreciate if they could contact the owner and tell them the cable modem had no signal, and they did call me back and said they had done that, but nothing was ever fixed. So we went a whole week without any internet other than our 3G phones, which reception sucked on.
Another negative - the noise. I didn't realize that there would be so many partiers, every night, on the boardwalk. We heard everything from catcalls to arguments to drunken singing all night pretty much every night. Not the owners fault at all, or the rental agency - just an FYI for families who might want a bit quieter surroundings at night.

My wife and I have stayed here for 2 months a year for the past 10 years. Super 3rd floor view of the ocean (including dolphins) & beach, elevator, secure parking & the folks at Mission Sands take immediate care of rare property problems.
