Spend your vacation relaxing in our spacious one-level, ground floor, end unit, bay front condominium. The unit has fully tiled floors. The living room and each of the bedrooms open onto a bay front patio. The views from the patios are beautiful.
From the comfort of the patio enjoy your time watching people passing by on Bayside Walk and all the water activity on Sail Bay.

This condo is absolutely perfect for our family! The location is ideal, as it offers accessibility to so many things and an amazing view! The owners are so accommodating and take amazing care of the place! We will always return here!

Eveything about our stay, from the beginning corresondance with the owner, to our actual stay was perfect. We had our 80+ parents with us, and being on the first floor was perfect for their difficulty in moving around. The garage was just a few steps from the entrance.
The Mission bay property is as advertised. It was a wonderful location, yet being on the backside of the bay provided a quieter option, with the main boardwalk only a couple of blocks away.
The bed rooms were large and comfortable. The kitchen was lovely. The only thing we lacked was sunshine, which I cannot hold the owner responsible!!
We were commenting how perfect this place would be if you had kids, because on a nice day you could sit on the outside patios (yes, there are three for our unit) and watch the kids play in the sand just across the walkway.

When you arrive at the condo on Mission Bay it is inviting and clean. The condo is on the bottom floor so there are no steps and unloading the vehicle is a piece of cake. We feel like we can make ourselves at home and just kick back and relax.
The location cannot be beat. The bay is just feet away and the we walk right out on the boardwalk. Walks, bike riding, water sports are right out our door. We spend many days not even getting in our car. Resturants are plentiful and very good just a short walk or bike ride away. The ocean is a block away. Our morning walks consist of the bay and ocean both. We go to the grocery store on our bikes. Golf is available all over San Diego and we enjoy the location for that. Movie theaters are just minutes.
We are busy all year long and we take our stay at the condo as a gift to ourselves. It is our escape and what more beautiful place than this to be at.
Colleen is a great person to work with and if you have a problem or question she will always get back with you. That is why we continue to go back every year. Like in the title...Total relaxationResponse from John and Colleen Garbaczewski - 02/11/2012
