What a great place - perfect for getting away from it all. With the beach and bay so close you can watch the sun come up and sun set all in one day. Lovely having a roof terrace too for those evening drinks or morning coffee.
Would recommend Olive's cafe round the corner and amplified ales a short walk up the beach.
Nicole and the team at Pacific Sands could not have been more helpful. We had one small problem on arrival and it was sorted asap with no fuss. Would definitely stay again. -

The condo is very open and airy with windows on three sides of it. Excellent views of the bay from the condo and the rooftop deck. The condo is extremely clean and well maintained.
Excellent location right on the bay. The ocean is just a few short blocks away. Enjoyed walking and biking on the path by the bay and the oceanfront boardwalk. Olive Cafe with good breakfasts and delicious Ruben sandwiches is couple blocks away.
Couple minor issues: WiFi was spotty and we blew the fuses a couple times when using the space heater. Welcome book has instructions on how to easily reset breakers.
Overall, wonderful stay!! -

We had the pleasure of staying at this unit with my 2 small boys (4 and 5) and wife for 2 weeks during this past summer. Already during reservations Nicole was very helpful and really made sure the unit will be a good fit for us - she was initially worried about it's small size for 4 people.
As we traveled a lot and in many places reted small apartments, we were fine, so the size of the unit was ok with us - but might be a bit tight for 3-4 people in general.
The best feature of this unit is its location and the rooftop deck ... we had breakfast up there every morning enjoying the sunrise, watched the daily fireworks at SeaWorld from there and had some very pleasant grilling sessions. The beach just a few blocks away was very close and we actually preferred the bay side due to its more quiet location.
Also, the design of the unit was in line with our preferences for modern as we don't like traditional decor. Of ourse, the unit is not perfect, it had its flaws - lack of central air, difficult parking, no usable freezer (for small amounts of ice cream it was still usable) - but the price/quality and above all its location and rooftop deck made it an excellent choice for us.
One thing for sure, when we plan to get back to San Diego again for a nice few weeks, this or one of the other units at this building will be our first choices to check. Thanks for the great stays guys :) -

We had a great time at this bay front condo. It's perfect for a couple or couple with small child. It was very convenient that a high chair and pack and play was supplied. It helped travel that much lighter. The location was great and the views are awesome, especially from the rooftop. The furnishings are very modern and comfortable. You simply cannot get a better view and amenities for the price at one of the local resorts. Our only criticism would be the lack of air conditioning. Now 90% of the time you don't need ac in San Diego, but there happen to be a rare heat wave come through during our stay and temps got up to about 100 for a couple days. Even with the fan it got very uncomfortable inside for the majority of those couple days. If no ac isn't an issue for you, you can't go wrong with this condo. The management staff is very helpful and the location is great!

We had a wonderful stay in our cute little condo on Mission Bay. The views from our windows were awesome. We could even see the fireworks from SeaWorld every night from our window. A cute little restaurant (The Olive) was on the corner that we walked to every morning for breakfast and many other shops and cafes were within walking distance. It's just right for a couple or a couple with a small child. The manager, Nicole was very helpful with assisting us with all our needs. We would definitely recommend!

My boyfriend, our 7 months son and I stayed in the studio for a week on January. The biggest advantage of the place is certainly the location. You have wonderful views of the bay 24/7. And ocean is just minutes walk. It is a pity that we couldn't use the terrace because of weather. Finally, you have a parking lot in the garage.
There all the needed facilities in the studio. To my mind, it is a perfect getaway for a couple.
