One week minimum Sat to Sat for summer season and also over the Holidays.We do make exceptions to the Sat to Sat rule at times typically in early June or late August. You can check with us! I stayed in this property with a friend for my 4-month study abroad experience at SDSU. The location is awesome and the apartment is furnished really nicely. Above that monthly rent is very competitive in comparison to other providers of beach apartments. The service team is friendly and helpful. We had no reason to complain.

Knats? Nats? Everywhere in the condo the first few days from people not closing their garbage bags and leaving food out in the open. Ruined our first few meals. The Management tried to fix the problem a couple times, then told us "there was nothing they could do." Spent an extra $30 on citronella candles and raid to get rid of them. Sandy beach rentals said they would refund me some money (that Im still waiting for). Nice Condo overall, sandwiched in the middle of other houses. I'll only stay beach or bayside for now on.
