A HOUSE not a condo only 55 feet to the sand from your private BBQ courtyard. Apx 1500 sq.ft. including 3 stories of ocean view with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths that comfortably sleeps 11 in beds. No pull outs here. This is a HOUSE, so If someone is pounding the floor above you, they're with you and you can make them stop, unlike in a Condo. Only 5 minutes to Sea World and 10 to Famous Old Town.

We come here at least once a year. This house is huge, clean and in the perfect spot. Tuck your car in the garage and enjoy. Steps from the beach but not right on the noisy boardwalk. Comes standard with some toys but cheap rentals steps away. Great eating around every corner. Close to attractions--the fun zone, SeaWorld, the Zoo, Old Town, La Jolla and more. Couldn't be better. Can't wait to come again.

The house is advertised as three bedrooms but one is an open loft, no door (except to the bathroom) and open window over living room/dining room/kitchen so there was continual noise. Construction was ongoing in the next door house, too. There was enough space for the nine of us and we could shuffle bedrooms as the need arose. The kitchen was adequate with enough dishes and fridge space for breakfasts and carry in dinners. There was a light bulb missing in one of the loft reading lights; the owner didn't respond when we called with that message. There was not enough bathroom soap for five days, no shampoo and no washing detergent for the clothes and washer. The downstairs bedroom was quite cold. The garage only fit one large car and free parking is tricky and time limited. Access to the beach is immediate and there are plenty of rental places nearby for bikes, surf boards, skateboards. We would choose a different place next time.

This house was perfect for our vacation.
We had 4 adults and 7 kids between 2 families- everyone had a comfortable bed to sleep in. There were plenty of towels and 3 showers with enough hot water for all of our showers.
The set-up was really neat - the 3 floors with separate bedrooms on each of the 3 floors allowed us to have our space when needed and enough room for us all to be together as well.
There was plenty of seating between the breakfast bar, a table with 4 chairs and the dining room table with 6 chairs. We dubbed the bedroom on the main floor as the "kid room" where 5 of the kids slept and played.
The location was fantastic. The house is a couple back from the ocean front walk, but literally 30 seconds away from the beach. Only about 1 miles to then north was the more populated pier area and a little over a 1mile to the south was the roller coaster park. The house was withing walking distance to a number of bars, restaurants, and cates and was an easy drive to a nice grocery store called Ralphs.
It was also a short 5 - 10 minute drive to Sea World which was nice.
David was absolutely great to work with. He was extremely responsive through e-mail and texts. The instructions in the house were easy to follow.
I firmly believe our vacation was as wonderful largely to the beach house which was perfect for our 2 families. Great memories were made that will last a lifetime!! -

The perfect end to our overseas holiday. Our kids called it "the lighthouse hotel, you know the one like our home". The beach house has a wonderful vibe, its not fancy but that's not what real beach houses are about. They are about great times shared with people who care and love each other in a safe relaxed environment and that's what this place is. Its not the front house on the oceanfront walk saying look at me, its the quiet one tucked back with a view of the waves with a little peace and privacy. David provides great advice, support and instructions. The only thing that was tricky was the entertainment system and juggling the remotes but we didn't watch TV anyway! The beach equipment was great, bikes and bike locks, kitchen very well stocked with crockery, glasses etc, greta ice machine in the freezer, big fridge. We will be back ... yes even from half way across the world!

This place was great. It has a ton of room, we easily slept 10 adults. The house is in great condition and David kept in great contact with us before and during the trip if we ever needed anything. It really is only a minute walk to the beach and a five minute walk to the bay. Everything you could want -- food, toiletries, drinks, etc. -- is within walking distance. If we vacation in SD again I would definitely book this house for a second time!

My family and I have stayed at this home on several occassions. Thehome is fabulous, it is well located and wonderfully well kept and maintained.
The owners are very responsive to inquiries and questions. The needs of those staying at this residence have been completely taken into consideration. There was guides for the area, maps, as well as suggestions for things to do in the area.
As stated above we have stayed at this home during every season of the year, each stay was wonderful and the home provided a comfortable enviorment for the time of year and weather encountered.
It's location with regards to the San Diego area, is excellent. Including dining, entertainment, beach, and major attractions. Other homes in the area we have tried still felt like rentals, clean but worn, obvious high traffic. Not this one, the owners make an aggressive effort to maintain this home!
This home has it all. Location, value, comfort, and genuine committment to the customer! -

We've been coming to this wonderful home every summer since our son was 2 yrs old; he's 15 now! Feels like it's our home. You can't beat the location -- the beautiful beach right outside your door and everything else (shopping, restaurants, amusement park) is within walking distance up or down the Boardwalk. The house itself is perfect for everyone. There's plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and not get in each other's way. The Molners have been wonderful to work with over the years and have been very accommodating with anything we've needed during our stay. Thank you for providing the perfect home for our family's summer vacation!

The first time my family and I stayed in this beautiful home, we all knew we found our Southern California vacation destination. The location is perfect! I am very picky about where I stay, and I felt very much at home there. It is very comfortable, clean and has a very nice decor. We have gone back several times, and will ONL stay in this house!!!
Everything we need is in walking distance, great places to eat, shopping and fun for the whole family. We enjoy walking down the boardwalk to Belmont Park, where we spend alot of time It is a mini amusement park that also has a wave machine that is fun for all of us, a place to eat, and a bar.
I recommend this home, for couples, families and groups of friends wanting a fun, yet relaxing place to vacation!!! -

Perfect location to all attractions, shopping and restaurants. Only a few steps to the Boardwalk or Beach. This beach house is so large and will kept that you might think you're close to heaven. Three floors for more family and friends to enjoy themself. Beautiful sunsets and clean sandy beach. We've stayed here several times and left with nothing but Great memories along with many wonderful pictures. Best place for family and friends.
