This home is a duplex with a front house that features unbelievable sweeping ocean views from the living room and kitchen. Breakers Palisades was one of the best beach houses I've stayed in. Mission Sands was incredibly easy to work with, for booking and check in/check out and I have no complaints about the entire trip. A couple of my friends and I stayed there for five days and it was a blast. Surfing is right near by along with amazing food and shops just ten minutes walking distance. Downtown San Diego was also very close, about a fifteen min drive. The house had all the amenities that we needed, including extra items like a kite and boogie boards, which we of course used! The location was amazing, pretty much right on the water and the front porch had amazing views and plenty of sitting room. We would definitely rent this house again and I would recommend it to anyone!
