Gotta Getaway is a beautiful new ground floor unit in South Mission Beach. This home is well-equipped with all new furnishings. The living space is comfortable and casual and opens up directly to the outdoor patio area for that indoor/outdoor living Southern California is known for.

The Master bedroom offers a king size bed, full size closet and television with full cable channels. The guest bedroom features two twin beds, which can be fitted together to create a king size bed, and full sized closet. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with full size tub and shower. Gotta Getaway is a great place for couples, small families, or groups of... 5 or fewer who are looking for a memorable place for a special occasion or just to treat yourself.

Just a few steps away are either the beach or the bay and within a short walk are terrific restaurants, shopping, and amusement park complete with oceanfront roller coaster. The unit located on the same property right upstairs is the Perfect Penthouse. Large groups can rent both units together to create a combined total of 5 bedrooms, 4 baths and sleeping space for up to 10 with 4 parking spaces all on one property.

The living room has comfortable seating and a flat-screen high definition TV. The spacious kitchen is outfitted with every item you will need to make your family meal, including dining table with seating for 6. The outside patio offers a gas grill and an outdoor dining table set to sit and enjoy the warm California sunshine. Full laundering facilities are also located on the property for your convenience.

There are two tandem off street parking spaces provided alongside the building. This home has forced air heating but does not have air conditioning.

  Our stay was fun; a little pricey for the internal location (not beach or bay)
  The upstairs guests were very nice, but their two dogs created complaints from other vacationers in the block; thinking they were our animals. While generally these dogs were well behaved, most dogs are liek 2 years olds and need constant attention, left alone outside they will bark and whine, which they did. I would suggest not allowing dogs or discounting the adjoining unit to be offest by a premium by the dog owners.
