This wonderful BAYFRONT beach home with its breathtaking water views will capture your heart. Its location is absolutely priceless. Step outside and your feet are in the sands of Mission Bay; walk 2-3 minutes west and you are surfing the blue Pacific.

This charming 3,000 square foot, 2-unit vacation retreat with its spacious patio and balcony is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation right on the water in sunny San Diego. Watch your children play in the sand while you cook dinner or while you sit on the patio by a glass of wine. This is the perfect spot for family retreats where everyone is together but yet has their own space if nee...ded. The house offers two separate entrances, one with 3 bedrooms (lower unit) and the other with 4 bedrooms (upper unit). You can sleep up to 16 people.

Each unit is one level. The lower unit offers 1,200 sq. ft. living space and a spacious furnished patio overlooking the water. This level features a fully equipped kitchen, open floor plan, flat screen TV and DVD player in the living room, TV in one of the bedrooms, cable, Wi-Fi, 2 car narrow tandem parking (7.5 wide and 37 feet long). Sleeping arrangements include two queen beds, two twin beds and a double sleeping sofa.

The upper level unit features 1,600 sq.ft. living space, 4 bedrooms (incl. DEN) and 2 bathrooms. It offers a newly remodeled equipped kitchen, open floor plan, flat screen TV and DVD player in the living room, TV in the Master bedroom, cable, Wi-Fi and a 2 car garage. Sleeping arrangements include a king bed, a queen bed, two twin beds and a trundle bed (two twins) in the DEN.

Coin-op laundry is on site. Linens, towels, various supplies, beach towels, boogie boards, beach chairs, high chair and pack 'n play are provided convenience.

Centrally located in South Mission Beach, this wonderful vacation home is in walking distance to fun beach activities, bike rental stores, convenience stores, bars and restaurants. Belmont Park with its famous Rollercoaster is only one block away. Easy access to freeways. ONLY 5 minutes from Sea World. 15 minutes to San Diego Zoo/ Wildlife Park, Downtown and Balboa Park.

  The Bayfront property was a wonderful spot for my siblings and parents to gather for a family reunion. With six couples, the two condominiums provided excellent sleeping arrangements. The two kitchens met our cooking needs.
  We loved the personalized service we received from the towel supply truck driver - he escorted five women to Trader Joe's so we could grocery shop! That went above and beyond the call of duty.
  We really enjoyed being on the bay side of the peninsula. The sunrises were beautiful (and since most of our party was from the East Coast, they were awake to enjoy them) and it is much quieter than the ocean front. The beach in front of the units is a great place to relax and catch up with a relative or good book.
  The only drawback to the property is the alley-way parking. It is extremely narrow. Unfortunately, my brother-in-law damaged his rental car backing out. He had rented a minivan. Perhaps if he had a subcompact car it would not have been a problem.
  We will definitely consider this for a future family reunion.

• 50th Anniversary Celebration

  Wonderful 50th anniversary Celebration

  We took 15 family members to this property to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. They ranged in age from 9 to 74. Renting both properties gave us lots of room for the families. It was clean, well equiped and close to many activities. On the Mission Bay side it was quiet and peaceful and yet the kids took boogie boards and walked two blocks to the ocean. Many of us went to the zoo, Sea World, Belmont Park and Coronado. The only problem was parking 4 large cars on the property. We parked 3 and parked the 4th car off site. We had a wonderful time!
