The location was great and the apartment was beautiful! The only thing that was disappointing were the beds. They were so hard we had to buy foam toppers and even then they were still terrible! For the price we paid a good bed would have been expected.

Thank you for a truly luxurious summer experience. The condo offered superb accommodations, breath-taking views, and ultimate relaxation. All of the interior features were as detailed in the photographs, the condo was very clean and everything was in good working order.You can't get any closer to the beach. One thing that should be noted is that you have to climb 4-5 stairs up or down, depending on which bedroom/bathroom you use.I mention this as I have a handicapped family member who had planned to visit but her plans fell through. Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for convenience, excellent location, and supreme relaxation!

Our family of five had a great vacation on Mission Beach. The rental was clean & comfortable-the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. So nice to wake up in the morning, open the blinds & enjoy the ocean view. Very convenient w/ 3 children to go to Sea World, Mission Bay & the SD Zoo & then return to the condo for time on the beach. We found Dane at 710 Beach Rentals to be very professional & helpful.

Our family of 12 rented this side by side rental on Mission Beach through 710 BR and had a very satisfactory experience. This is an amazing location right on the ocean walk and just a few steps to the beach. The condo is very comfortable and pretty luxe. Beds are comfy, large marble shower and lovely little kitchen with gourmet stove. And the view! Inside the living area or out on the spacious deck-you are always gazing at the ocean. Note that you share the deck with the unit next door. Perfect for a large family get together or sharing with friends. Might be a little awkward if you aren't.
I have one small complaint and one big one. Management is too stingy with basics like TP, dish soap and trash bags. 1. Please provide enough to get through the week. 2. Be more environmentally conscious! The unit has no recycling bins so you get 4 stars. Folks on vacation have a lot of bottles, cans, plastic containers, etc. and this stuff is supposed to be recycled!
I recommend this rental but ask that you echo my request for recycling bins in the house and outside if you love the ocean and the planet as much as you love your vacations! :-)
