There was a total of 9 in our party (4 adults, 5 children). We had plenty of room with 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms... and this particular condo has a 3-tiered bunk bed that my kids loved!
The condo was beautiful, and the ocean views were spectacular! The management company was very accommodating, and easy to get a hold of either by phone, text or email. They always responded immediately.
I loved the fact that we didn't need a key, as the doors had digital locks on them. This made it easy to walk out the door and onto the beach without worry of losing the key!
We were within walking distance of Belmont Park, small surfer shops and restaurants. If you are looking for a nice, clean condo right on the beach with a great location, then look no further!

The pictures on this link do not give this place justice! There is nothing like waking up and looking out at the ocean. I am a picky traveler. I will spend a little more to have a nicer place and this property met my needs and then some! I traveled with 2 adults and 4 kids ages 3-13 and we could not have found a better location. To keep it simple I'll try and break up what I think is important when family traveling- Location- is perfect. Location to local attractions like Sea World is minutes away. The beach location is great you can't get any closer, the boardwalk for the kids and adults alike was fantastic. And you can't get to much closer to Belmont Park without being right there! Truly location here is fantastic! The sand was clean and perfect for little ones. House- the way the house is set up is perfect for 2 small families with kids! You have a bedroom downstairs then up stairs you have a landing area w 3 bunks large bunks (queen/ double) then up a few stairs is another bedroom next to a bathroom and washer/ dryer. Wonderful balcony! Living room has a beautiful retractable wall of windows which has a view equal to that of a Hawaiian vacation rental!! Not a ground unit all you see is sand and ocean! My only "complaint" would be parking- nothing that can be done about parking. The spot provided is small. You would need to have a small SUV like a cross over to fit in the spot provided. However if you go one block over (quick easy walk) to Belmont Park and cross the street on the Bay Side there is an overnight parking lot that you can park in for free. The lot next to it is not overnight. This area, the beach, the restaurants, the house, the views, the people... Seriously you will not want to leave. Family friendly area (be logical at night) great beach and great management company to work with. Very fast response time via text and email. Feel confident when renting, this place is fantastic!!!

Our West coast relatives met on Thanksgiving at this wonderful location. Weather, view, and accomodation couldn't have been any better. Clean, roomy, and very functional for all six of us. We will return next year. We found parking to be very difficult for some of our party, but it all worked out.

Had a short staycation here with a few cousins and close friends. One of the best times I've had in a long time. The unit is 3 levels and spacious enough to get away and do your own thing. The view of the Pacific Ocean is soothing, and access to the boardwalk and beach is convenient. The amenities were nice and clean, they provided pots pans and silverware for you to use. I would definitely rent this unit again.

We stayed as a group of friends here during our recent trip to San Diego. Everything just as advertised. The location is amazing. Right on the beachfront. The place is clean and modern just like the pictures with everything you could possibly need. Check-in was easy, and since we were visiting from the UK and needed our security deposit back in cash, Dane made the effort to come and return it to us personally on our last day. We really couldn't have stayed anywhere better for the price. We all had a great stay here in San Diego and would all definitely look at coming back again. We're all missing the sun and sea of San Diego now we're back in the dull drizzly UK!

Great location on the oceanfront and all that Mission Beach has to offer; all the conveniences of home away from home; convenient parking and access to area attractions and freeways; clean, modern and upkept upper unit offering some privacy; easy booking and check-in/check-out process; management helpful during our stay as well.
