This is a beautiful condo located in South Mission Beach with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You can reserve this home online right now!! This property is available year-round. We offer a 3 night minimum Sept to May. One week minimum Sat to Sat for summer season and also over the Holidays.We do make exceptions to the Sat to Sat rule at times typically in early June or late August. You can check with us! We do not accommodate arrivals on a holiday at this time. It has it all. An open kitchen with a cozy dining room that also opens into a spacious living area and patio with gas grill. The property lived up to our expectations and more. The photos don't really do it justice - lots of space, two decks, fully equipped and just a couple of properties from the beach. We enjoyed walking along the board walk and the beach, checking out the stores and restaurants along the way. A short drive from Sea World and San Diego not much further away. Sandy Beach Rentals management were extremely helpful and responsive.

We had a fantastic stay!! The location couldn't be better. We were not very comfortable in the beds or on the sofas and could have used more bath towels for our week-long stay and some beach towels. However, overall it was wonderful.

This is a great rental property! My family of 8 had a wonderful time staying here over Labor Day Weekend. We liked that it's spacious, and It had everything that we needed.. including boogie boards and bikes! The kids loved staying in the loft, and we
all loved the outdoor decks complete with dinning table and grill. Location was great. It was a VERY short walk to the beach, and South Mission Beach is less hectic than North Mission Beach. I would highly recommend this house. Also, Sandy Beach Vacation Rental

This is the first time we rented a beach house. We stay @ the Catamaran Resort every year. What a great experience. We loved this beach house. The location is perfect. You are 3 minutes from the beach. Its quiet, clean and has everything you need. We had so much room and the kids had a blast! The property manager was very pleasant. Soon as we have our dates for next year, we will rent this beach house again!!!

The house & location were great. We had problems with 2 different toilets clogging the 1st 2 days. The management was very responsive and came right out & fixed, but a bit frustrating. Also, could not figure out how to adjust heat. We turned up, but nothing happened.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice and spacious. It really helped to have the 2 full baths, and one half bath. The parking was adequate,but accidentally backed up into a post trying to maneuver our way out one day and damaged the back end of car. That is just a hazzard of the parking situation at the beach. Last year we stayed on the bay side and it was definitely quieter. We were woken several nights after 2pm with people leaving the bar across the street hanging around the area continuing to party. The people on the lower floor used the garage door (electronic opener) to enter and exit insted of using the front door, at all hours of the night/day and was quite noisy and woke us on a couple of occassions. These are not negative comments about the facility, understanding that we were on the "party side of the street". Just feedback for your information. Overall, we had a great time with our family and actually had pretty good weather. We want to come back next year, but perhaps move back to the bay side. Thank you!

1-1/2 blocks from the beach walk! Great little coffee shop 1/2 block away, fantastic views from the 3 decks! Very clean with lot's of room and great amenities. Would definitely recommend!

Great location. 2 great parking spots. Very roomy accommodations. 2 patios with gas bbq. Had to use cable for internet, not wireless when I tried to use it. However the main thing was that I had the Internet at my fingertips. 2 convenience stores about 1/4 block away. Would have liked to use fireplace which was advertised as an amenity, but found out it is not in use at all. Less than a block from the beach. Definitely enjoyed my stay and would love to stay here again. I definitely recommend this place.

While the location was ~50 yds from the sand, the bars (also 50 yds away) were noisy past 2am every night. Strangers rummage through trash cans every morning at 6am. These two problems couldn't be helped by the owner or manager.From the edge of the deck, one could only see a narrow slice of ocean. Outside windows were dirty, sheets were stained with mold, but otherwise clean inside and quality of inside furniture was great.Cupboards empty of even a little oil, sugar, etc, so that we couldn't really cook there. No beach towels! Management was helpful and brought the 2nd of the 2 beach chairs advertised as being there. Ice maker never worked, so had to buy ice.

We would have appreciated some basic supplies, such as salt and pepper, tea and coffee, maybe soup, margarine, and bread, cookies, and milk even if we had to pay a little extra. We had traveled all day and it would have been nice to have a small meal before we had to go out and shop. A third single bed that could have been placed where we wanted it would have been convenient for our family. Also, a fold out couch in the livingroom. Two of the bikes were in really bad shape - one rear tire would not hold air.

overall we were satisfied with the stay.
Pretty much satisfied with the property , however we had a lick in the Master Bedroom. Property location was perfect, however the next time I would like to get a property facing the beach if possible if not I would like to stay at Jean's place. every thing was clean except the oven racks, we had to clean them before we used the oven. The property manager was helpful. When I reported the leek in the master bedroom she responded quickly. -

We stayed here for a week last Thanksgiving and it was nice to come back to a familiar place. Everyone just went to "their" room to settle in. With all our son's graduation celebrations I forgot to inform management that above the master bed towards the closets, there was a water leak during the rain storm one night. You might want to check that out.

For the group I had staying there it was absolutely perfect. The pics on the site dont really do it justice. Its much nicer than I was anticipating. I would definately stay there again in the future as long as the rates stay close to where they are now.
