ZenZulu Safari Lodge was built by a New York family and is rented out, (complete with staff and safari vehicle) when they are not using it. It's an absolute gem which is now vied for by repeat clients. It is situated in the Zululand Rhino Reserve, a Big-5 sanctuary, 300km north of Durban, South Africa. It is 600km from Johannesburg. Essentially, this is the closest you will come to customising a safari for your family or group of friends while staying at your own luxury, private 'home' in the middle of a 50,000 acre game reserve. ZenZulu is not far from the Hluhluwe, Mkuze and Imfolozi National Parks.

This was a perfect family, post comrades (both of our childeren ran comrades for the first time), wind down. The kids !(24 and 26) had never been to africa before and so spent the days with a starry eyed glaze -- viewing was amazing, food was awesome and the accomodation breathtaking. We were so well cared for, it was 5 star plus luxury

Spent 3 nights at the lodge. The bush is very green and full of fresh grass. Wonderful game! Full with animals very close to the lodge. All facilities are first class. The team is doing above and beyond to fulfill all your needs and to have your privacy.
