Exclusive, well-maintained, nicely decorated three bedroom, two bath townhouse in the best neighborhood, surrounded by red rocks, beautifully situated on the Moab Golf Course.
If you are longing for a relaxing getaway from the maddening crowd (this IS NOT another RIM condo), our townhouse complex has only 18 well cared for units. Lots of beautiful landscaping and cool grass. Our location ensures that you won't hear the highway. The views are breathtaking. Our pool is not overcrowded.
Walled back patio with gas Barbecue, L-shaped pool and changing room. Pet allowed. Non smoking unit.

Great place, great value. Even mailed some bike stuff ahead for the Skinny Tire Festival, it was in the garage on arrival. If the dryer is slow, check for a bird's nest in the vent, upper right by garage door.

We stayed in this townhouse with our two young boys. Everyone was very pleased with accomodation. It is in a very pretty and quiet neighborhood, yet very easy and quick to get into Moab. The house is spacious and comfortable and well maintained. It was more room than we needed, and we felt it was good value for money.
The owners are very friendly and easy to get hold of. They hade plenty of information about the area to share. -

Nous etions 2 couples et 2 ados. Tres bon confort, tout à disposition (produits menagers, linge de toilette en quantite, laundry, vaisselle, barbecue...)
Lotissement tres calme.
Nous sommes restes 4 nuits au milieu d'un periple de un mois et c'etait bien de pouvoir se "poser" tranquillement dans ce condo tres confortable. -

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is far enough away from everything that it is really quiet at night. But close enough to be a quick drive into town and to the National Parks. My husband and I came with our teenage daughter. There was enough room for another family to join us! Everything we needed was there. The kitchen was fully equipped. We enjoyed sitting on the patio out back and on the upper deck at night to gaze at the stars. It was great to be able to walk out the back door and up the street to see the petroglyphs. We had considered a hotel and we are so happy we decided to stay here. It was an oasis to come back to after all our activities. Thanks Lisa and Rob!

We have actually stayed in this townhome 4 times in the past several years and are going back in September 2011. We have been vacationing in Moab since 1982 and we absolutely love it. Camping was our fav but we began to look for more comforts as we got older. These townhomes are in a great location not far from town and right on the beautiful Moab golf course. The complex is immaculately maintained by Rob & Lisa. The patio is lovely and a great place for a meal. We will continue to visit the Castillo Townhomes managed by Rob and Lisa for a long time!
