It has a huge patio with spectacular views of the Moab Rim & the La Sal Mountain Range. It was the original model unit for Rim Village and has been upgraded significantly to include wood paneled ceilings, Jenn Aire Appliances, Leather Furniture and all the modern conveniences including LCD TV's and Free WIFI. Absolutely loved our stay at Ron Huggin's condo in Moab. Not much to add to the previous reviews of these accomodations: spacious, clean, great amenities (our kids loved the pool and hottub... just a quick walk away). Kids got their own bedrooms, each with its own TV. Fantastic BBQ if you decide to stay in and cook (along with a well equipped kitchen).
Ron was fantastic to work with on logistics, etc. -

I just wanted to let you know that our stay at your place in Moab was fantastic. Everything that we needed was there and we had plenty of space for both of our families. The kids loved the pool and the adults loved the patio. I couldn't believe how many stars we could see! You were right about the weather, too. It got close to 100 during the day but we weren't overly uncomfortable. We just headed out in the morning for our hikes and took advantage of the pool in the hot afternoon's. The evenings were gorgeous when the temps dropped. It was great to work with you and I'm sure my sister and I will both be recommending your place to our friends.

Rim Village is a very nice complex with a southwest flair that sits in the valley between two mountain ridges, creating an awesome view. Ron Huggin's unit is perfect. It has great kitchen appliances, and all the conveniences of home. What you see in the pictures is very accurate. Everything is top notch,including the nice artwork on the walls. It is a convenient location at the end of town, just minutes away from all the activity in Moab. After several nights of being in a hotel, we enjoyed having a spacious condo to feel more at home! The outside patio was my favorite place to relax. It is very large, and Ron has everything you need to make it comfortable. We grilled out and enjoyed the sunset over the mountain view. The pool is a short walk or drive from the condo. Ron's unit is the first in the complex, so it is very convenient. We loved it! We hope to go back again, as 3 days was just not enough. Also, Ron is a great host, providing lots of tips from his own experiences in the Moab area. He is so friendly to talk with, I felt like I've known him for a long time, although renting from him was the first time to meet him. I'd highly recommend this place to stay!

We headed to Moab with a circle of friends for a week of mountainbiking. This condo worked quite well as a base for our stay. Easy distance from town & many trails, comfortable & aesthetic complex, smooth and simple booking/payment/check-in procedure. The condo had all the amenities and accessories expected and needed, and the double car garage was handy for bike maintenance/storage. Quiet too. When the size of our group exceeded the space offered by this unit, we were able to book a second nearby unit easily.

We stayed in the unit for 3 nights. I wish our plans would allow to stay longer. The unit is a state of the art condo, stylish, comfortable and very reasonably priced. Condo is furnished with anything you need for your stay, more than you can think of. Everything, from utensils and plated to washer/dryer are high quality brand names. We loved staying there and wished our plans allowed to stay longer.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Even our teenage boys were very happy. It was lovely inside and everything we needed was provided. Ron was very easy and nice to work with. We have stayed at many vacation properties over the years but this was a favorite for everyone.

Luckily this was the last stop on a trip through Wyoming, Colorado, and Utah because if it had been our first, we would have been spoiled. It is a spacious and clean lodging with everything you need to relax between the numerous activities around the Moab area. Ron Huggins, the owner was also helpful in offering us with an insider’s advice on where to shop, dine, and what do while there. This will be my first choice for all future trips to Moab.

Our stay at Rons' vacation home was exactly as he advertised. Best Unit with incredible views. The accomodations were first class! The views our the patio were amazing. Ron also helped us plan some day trips and hikes in the park. We had a great time and would love to return next year. You won't go wrong booking this unit! Jb San Deigo

The boys had a great trip to Moab (all seven of us), thanks to the Huggins fine condo accommodations. The condo is located in close proximity to great mountain biking and hiking in the beautiful red rocks of Moab, as well as the Moab golf course. The condo is spacious and comfortable, sleeps a bunch of folks, and has a wonderful patio with gorgeous views of the red rocks to the east. I highly recommend the Huggins condo to complement your visit to Moab.
