I usually stay at one of these places when I go to Moab to go biking. Lots of room, a garage for the car and for working on the mountain bike. Jacuzzi, pool access, internet, TV a/C or heat that works well. Walking distance to downtown. A bit pricey, but if you have several bikers going down it's not that much for additional guests.

I stayed in this home with my parents who are in their mid seventies, my husband and siblings who are in their thirties and forties and my four year old and one year old daughters. The eight of us were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed, the hot tub fit the six adults comfortably, the view in the pretty back yard was the amazing red cliffs of Moab and the beds and couches were so comfortable after our days of hiking. We were able to walk into town, the grill worked great and we had fab steaks, and the laundry facilities were great. We were really able to settle in and everyone was able to do what made them comfortable. My dad was able to watch terrible cable, my daughter was able to watch her cartoons on our tablet, and my toddler was able to nap in peace without bothering anyone else. The house was really clean, there was lots of extra linens and there were even cruiser bikes and scooters in the garage! There is a neighborhood pool, which is five houses down, but it is just a smalll square pool inside a house. But, we had brought some pool toys and my kids loved it at the end of the day and it kept the four year old entertained when the one year old was napping. The house that is attached to this unit is also a rental. There was also outdoor seating where we sate while having drinks. There was no laundry detergent, very little in the way of soap or shampoo etc... and there were just a few food items like salt and pepper. The decor was lovely and provided a really comfortable, pleasant ambiance. If you can't tell, we loved loved loved it.

Salt Lake Citynice condo, great location

this is a very clean, well-appointed condo. The kitchen was a great size and easy to cook in. We were two small families and had plenty of room. Lovely backyard with big Cottonwood, nice hot tub, and views of red rock and mountains and private. Far enough off of Main St. to be quiet, close enough to be walkable. Nice decorations, easy.

We stayed here in May 2012 and found it wonderfully appointed and had everything we needed. For a grown family of 5 there was lots of room so everyone was comfortable. It was about a 5 minute walk to main street to the restaurants, shopping, etc. Quiet location! We had a hot tub which was completely unnecessary in May as it was so hot outside! The only thing preventing us from giving the condo an "excellent" rating is the fact that the pool was not very inviting - quite a walk down the street from the condo and enclosed with no windows or fresh air so we didn't use it once.

We arrived late afternoon in very high temperatures, and were delighted with the cool interior, overhead fans and aC unit.
The house had everything we needed, large garage, ample bathrooms, all essentials in the kitchen, easy to use TV.
We very much enjoyed the use of the swimming pool which we did three time in three days.
The location was great for the arches national park, and we found a couple of great restaurants for dinner. A very pleasant stay all round.

I cannot fault this place at all. It was well equipped,very comfortable and convenient for everywhere we wanted to be. We did not use the onsite pool facility so i cannot comment on this.
