Very roomy, cool in the warm weather, clean. Nice outdoor area with small grassy area and shaded seating. Close to the Mill Creek Parkway trail, also could walk downtown for shopping and dining. Large secure garage for cars or rec vehicles.

Thanks Moab Lodging staff for making our stay worry-free and refreshing all along the way. From the first encounter with annie at reservation, to Dustin's attentiveness to our pool needs, to whomever jostled the reservations around (Andrea?) so that we could stay one more day, we thank you! From the moment we stepped into the Spirits of the Old West, it felt like home. After 16hrs on the road, it was heaven. The kids made friends with the neighbors and everyone was happy. The BMX track down the street was amazing for all of us! Couldn't be more pleased with the condo's condition, the hot tub, the setting or the customer service. We are sharing you with all of our vacationing friends and will be back! Thank you!

Your house was clean, roomy, and a great place for our family to stay instead of being cramped in a hotel. Moab was a highlight on our trek across the us, and your house played a significant role in that. My 5 year old still talks about it 7 months later and wants to go back!
