Roomy, pleasant, well-stocked. Great for our large family to relax after hiking in arches and Canyonlands. Dvd player did not work, and all aV equipment is fairly old and not easy to navigate. Multiple remotes that don't seem to work, and no instructions. We don't watch broadcast TV, so wanted to be able to let the kids wind down with Dvd's brought from home. Garage is too small for an SUV, and outside parking is a little tight as well if you have a large vehicle. However, these are not things that detracted from having a great stay in canyon country!
Our family of 6 members had a great time staying at The Rock - 3

The unit is fully equipped with the comfort of a home and it is great for small or big family. The development is at the base of the Canyon and our unit is right next to the rock --- very interesting setting.
It is close to many scenic drive and national parks. The NP were closed by the government during our stay, but there are still a lot to do in State Parks --- plenty of hiking trails and scenic drives---No arches NP but Wilson arch & Corona arch are just as good.
Nice people at the property management company when we placed our booking and they sent us the parks information for our trip planning. The unit has an easy self check in/out system, don't have to worry about late arrival but it doesn't look secured if the key is left in a flimsy box outside the house. We don't even have to communicate with the management company when we arrived and departed. I think the property management should make a courtesy call upon guest arrival.

A+ on everything. Really no complaints at all, accept that the fellow the management sent to fix our old fire detector battery didn't have any data on the equipment so it took several tries for him to complete the job.

This rental in Moab couldn't be better. House was big, clean, comfortable, in a very nice and quiet location.
We found everything we needed, described correctly with many details and comments. Can't find a defect, maybe if it had also a pool it would have been unbeatable.
Highly recommended for arches National Park!
Excellent accommodations, no hassles, very fair price

I have visited Moab many times over the past two decades. This time I was travelling with my family, including kids who were not interested in camping or roughing it. The price of motels has skyrocketed in Moab, so we decided to consider renting a house. The cost for a house was actually lower than a room for four with two queen beds at any of the good quality hotels.
We found several properties on Flipkey that looked feasible and decided on this one after talking with the friendly and accommodating staff at Moab Lodging's office (btw, conveniently located near the excellent Paradox Pizza and the even better Moab Brewery). The self-check-in process was simple and we had zero problems or complaints with the unit. The air was cold, the furniture neat and clean, and the beds very comfortable. The unit has three bedrooms, a downstairs master with a King bed (maybe a queen..?), and two bedrooms upstairs with two queens in one room and queen with a futon couch in the other. There are two full bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, a patio with barbecue, and even a garage.
The unit is a little ways south of town, so you must drive to the parks and the shopping area. That only takes a few minutes, so it was no issue for us.

The Rock was located about 3 miles south of town in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The condo was clean and had all the ammenities you would need. We loved going outside at night on the upper deck to look at the stars. I would stay here again.

Stayed here for 2 nights at the end of a long road trip vacation. Was great to get out of the hotels. Considering that I could scarecely find a hotel room in Moab for less that $120 a night and we were travelling w/ 7 people. What a great deal for only $250/night. Plenty of room, great deck for stargazing. may want to go in first to take inventory before you buy any groceries or supplies though. We left the coffe. filters there w/ the rest, trust me there are enough coffee filters fot 2 pots a day for the next 2 years. hahaha. 3 large bedroom2.

The Rock was a great place to stay. It was convenient to all the area hiking trails and close to the downtown for our night time outings. It was large enough for all the snorers to spread out and not be heard. Two bathrooms was an added bonus for the the five of us plus our revolving visitors. The patio was a perfect place for our late night conversations. The price was fair for the space and location.
