This was our second stay @ this condo. We love staying here due to its size, location & conviences . My only complaint this time was the hot water heater. After only one short shower , there was literally no hot water!! That was a bug bummer. And my second thought was the master bedroom carpet . Not sure when it was cleaned , but it could use a good carpet cleaning. Otherwise, the condo is great.

This condo is ok. a lot of the electronics need to be updated and the t.v.'s are horrible. The price went up a substantial amount even though I had less than the accommodated space. False advertising and the threaten to lock doors throughout the place. I will further express my reviews on line as these are probably protected.

The condo in Moab was a great option to renting a hotel room. The whole house was clean and comfortable and the check in was super easy. We got some great pictures of the milky way sitting on the back porch. The only down side to the stay was that the king size bed is on the second floor and our friend who was traveling with us and wanted a king bed was not able to manage the stairs. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thanks for a great vacation.

Our stay at this condo was great. It's very clean and spacious. The 3 bedrooms are big and comfortable, which was more than enough for our party of 5. Self-check-in/out was a breeze (just make sure you don't lose the security code which gives access to the key in the lockbox). The condo is about 6 miles south of Moab city center in a very quiet neighborhood. This unit does have Wifi. You may need to plug in the box that broadcasts it in the living room. Much better than staying at a hotel. Definitely recommended.

This condo is in a quiet location with a nice view of the valley from the upper deck. It also is a great place for morning walks down a road that turns into the Steel Bender trail. Half a block walk to a panel of petroglyphs. The condo itself is clean and well maintained. Our bed on the main floor had a great supportive and comfy mattress with nice bedding. The condo was nicely stocked with dishes, coffee maker, spices, etc. I little bit dated but mostly updated. We had a pleasant stay and would love to stay here again.

We stayed at Rock Haven for 3 nights while touring the arches/Canyonlands area and as part of a 15-day whirlwind tour of the Southwest. After changing hotels every day for a week, our stay here was heavenly. The house was clean and well-maintained. The location was very convenient to grocery shopping in Moab but also far enough out of town that the vacation atmosphere remained. The kitchen was well-supplied with cooking implements as well as laundry facilities. The only negatives were the clothes washer, which was located near the living area and was extremely loud, and the fact that the wifi system was not explained so that it was only on our last day that we discovered that internet was available here.

My husband and I took our two sons to vacation in the Moab area, and this condominium was our home base to tour arches National Park and Canyonlands National Park. We also took a rafting trip down Westwater Canyon on the Colorado River. This home was the perfect place for relaxation after a busy day of touring, hiking, and biking. The home is very quiet; it is quite roomy and we loved the furniture, artwork, and decor. It is in a neighborhood only a short drive from the city center of Moab, which includes a nice selection of restaurants and shops. The views from this home's patio and deck are quite nice, as well.
