For those wanting 5-star pampering, ritzy, high-class, and hoity-toity this is not the place for you. For regular people that want a clean, comfortable, value-priced place to stay then this place fits the bill. It was very easy to set up the rental for this, simple when I needed to change the dates, and pleasant to deal with the people. I never had to deal with anyone on site though I figured it would be simple if I needed them. Everything in the unit was fine; from the temperature to the furnishings to the bed to the bathroom to the kitchen. We couldn't have asked for more. It was obvious that it was older and updated but it was also clear that everything was done with an eye towards first-class; the furnishings (TVs), washers/dryers, grill, lock etc. Well-done!
Would you recommend this vacation rental to a friend?

Enjoyed a 7 night stay during the 2014 Moab Easter Jeep Safari and this unit was excellent. Four guests with 2 queen beds and a kitchen made it comfortable after returning from a day on the trails. We will be back and will probably have additional friends along.
Perfect for Us!

Although the name of the complex is now "Purple Sage", I assume this is the one we stayed in for six days in early april. The place was spotless, well-equipped, conveniently located, roomy and comfortable. I think we might have got lucky regarding noisy neighbors, because the walls do seem a bit thin, but it was never an issue for us. The beds were comfortable, as were the sofa and easy chair. Everything was basic, but sturdy and clean. We loved being in a residential neighborhood but only 3 blocks from Main Street and all the restaurants, coffee shops, etc. We ate out every night but made breakfasts and lunches at "home." We would definitely rent here again.
Great location, totally adaquate.

Great location and well maintained. Perfect if you aren't looking for luxury, but a place to relax after a hard day of outdoor activity.
Just a few comments to improve the rental:
x add a bike locker
x Do a better install of the a/C units. Using styrofoam is a bit cheasy.
A Home away From Home in Downtown Moab

We spent 2 nights at Purple Sage #3 on a recent mountain biking trip to Moab. The place was bright, cozy and comfortable. I really felt like I was at home away from home and commented several times that I could live there. With the provided amenities we were able to cook several nice meals and clean up after a long day out om the trail.
The location is superb, a nice quiet neighborhood with lots of trees, yet a 5 minute walk to downtown Moab. We also enjoyed the hot tub which was clean and offered great views of the rim to the west. I will definitely stay here again.
The optimum place to stay in Moab

This was our second week long stay at the Purple Sage condos in Moab. The reservation process is easy, the folks on the phone were helpful and the keys were waiting in the lock box for us to arrive.
While not a high end facility, the rooms are adequate in every respect and, considering most of the time visitors to Moab are away enjoying outdoor activities, Purple Sage condos offer just the right kind of place to return to after a full day.
We'd definitely stay there again.
Nice and quite

The place was clean, the kitchen was pretty outdated and the cabinets need replacing. The beds were comfortable and there were lots of extra pillows. It was easy walking distance from main street. The hot tub was fantastic and we had it to ourselves each night. All that being said, we had a pretty good experience in this condo.

Nous avons trouvé cet appartement très agréable. 1 chambre avec un grand lit, 1 cuisine, 1 séjour avec 1 grand canapé + 1 autre grand lit moins bien isolé + 1 salle de bain et wc.

Our stay at the Purple Sage was great! The location was convenient and check-in was easy. The value was commensurate with the amenities (equipped kitchen, TV, AC), all of which really came in handy. It was off the main street (Main St.), so it was quiet, but we were able to walk to the main part of Moab. We would stay here again.

Quiet Street, average place, not expensive

This is an average condo for 2 adults that will keep you comfortable. There is another queen bed in the living room so if you have a child it will work. The place is very basic and comfortable. Nothing more, nothing less. I don't get the "maid tip" envelope when you have to do your dishes and strip the bedding yourself. This was a first in any condo I ever rented. For the low cost it is better a basic hotel

A friend and I stayed here a week in april. you can't beat this place for the price. Furnished with pots and pans and everything you need to stay on a budget. A short walk to town in a quiet friendly neighborhood.
