We ABSOLUTLEY LOVED this property! So beautiful! Loved the decor and the space. Only a few things hindered a "5 star" review: broken Jacuzzi jets, VHS Not working without remote, no DVD player, they apparently don't launder the bedspreads & duvets after every client & a little further from downtown than we preferred. Overall, we had no complaints otherwise. Great views! Great neighbors, beautiful property!

Our family loved staying here. The rental folks were very responsive to our needs. It was very clean and had all the kitchen items that we needed. We grilled out on the porch a couple nights.
Better than home

This is a very spacious unit with a well stocked kitchen. The master unit is huge so the grand babes could have their beds in with mom and dad, leaving the living room for the 4 grandparents to enjoy during sleep time. We loved being out of Moab, much quieter and restoring to be south of town. With 4 folks around 70 years of age, we really appreciated the firm beds. Our backs cannot survive the pillow top mattresses. The decorating is well done, feeling refined, unlike most hotels. We all cooked in the kitchen and found every wish met with respect to pots, pans, spices, storage containers etc. Having a garage and a "mud room" was just amazing. For once we could keep the bikes out of the living space. Perfect yard for toddlers. It was the best vacation we have had in years with hiking, biking, site seeing and playgrounds. We will rent here again if the kids want to continue mountain biking at Slick Rock.

It was quiet, clean, and in a beautiful location.

The service was excellent. The lady that I spoke with on the phone about my reservation was extremely helpful. Her name was Jessica and she explained everything clearly and made the process pleasant. The house was very clean and had a decor to it that fit with the area. We loved having the garage so we could leave our mountain bikes in it if we were doing something else. All of the appliances worked and the rooms were very spacious with plenty of drawer and closet space. We liked everything about the house and would defintely stay there again. Having a nice place to stay helped make our vacation much more enjoyable.

Basically very good. We had to buy dish and laundry soap. The place was clean. Tess did a fine job on Sunday afternoon 13 October. The condo is well designed, comfortable, and we enjoyed it.
One of the best

We've been travelling in USa during 20 days, the most part in Southwest area. Visiting parks and enjoing the country.
As far as I remenber Moab is in the "top ten" better places where I've been living. Nice place, big, clean and close to the center areas. Great time there, really!

The condo was perfect except for the tv which was not coming in clear.
The kitchen had everything you needed to prepare dinner.
The perfect base

We stayed in this unit for 2 nights in april with 4 adults and 2 small children. It was the perfect base for exploring Moab, Arches National Park, and Canyonlands National Park. Usually, I think photos make a place look nicer than it is, but this condo is actually much nicer than the photos indicate. The whole place was clean, large, tastefully furnished, with comfortable beds and a well-outfitted kitchen. There are great views from nearly all the windows. The patio area is very nice. My parents and kids loved the spa tub in the master bath. Especially my parents after we made them hike a bit further than they are accustomed to! We went outside at night and were able to enjoy the amazing night sky. Not as dark as it is in the parks, but definitely better than in town.
The drive into town is pretty easy, it is barely south of town, and definitely worth it to have a 3 bedroom condo for just a little more than the price of a motel room in town. Having a full-size refrigerator and freezer was very helpful, as we like to pack a cooler full and go for the day into the parks. Full-size washer and dryer could also come in handy. We go to Moab a few times a year, and I hope to stay in this same unit again when we go back.
The process for getting into the condo was very easy, and the list of things to do to clean up when leaving was very reasonable (take out trash, clean the dishes). I liked that we were able to reserve online, and the maps and directions sent were easy to use.
There really isn't anything to complain about- the only things I would say is with the tile flooring and the vaulted ceiling, sound carries kind of strangely in the living room, which made it moderately difficult for my parents with hearing problems to hear conversations. The TVs were tube Tvs- which we did not care about at all because we were enjoying the area. And, we had 6 people but only 5 washclothes. That is it- everything else was awesome. Truly loved it.
