Nice, clean condominium in a quiet area. I especially liked having access to the attached one-car garage to store bicycles. There was plenty of parking in addition to the driveway. There was a new gas grill on the lanai and the kitchen was a perfect size for 4 people and was well stocked with cooking equipment. We didn't have the opportunity to use the community pool (wrong time of year). Both bedrooms are upstairs, so it would not be good for anyone who can't climb stairs. There needs to be a ceiling fan in the master bedroom. It was not real close to Moab proper, but that was not a problem for us.

After the Nat'l Parks re-opened, we headed back to Moab & rented Joes'sPlace. Convieninet to everything yet far enough from the center of town. Clean & quiet, very nice complex, so much better than a hotel! The rental Mngment accomadated us with the late check-in & no email to sign the forms the last minute. Joe's place is great if you don't mind the bedrooms upstairs.

Two families stayed here while running in the Moab Other Half Marathon. It was great. Very clean and plenty of room as well as reasonably priced. The pool is right next door and the kids loved that.

It was a comfortable, homey experience after a string of hotels.

Overall my husband and I loved our condo. Pretty spacious, nice patio where we watched rabbits hopping around, pretty close to downtown Moab. I think our one and only complaint were the thin walls. We were in a middle unit and both units on either side of us were also being used. On one side it sounded like they were moving furniture around all night ( just one of the nights we were there ) and on the other side they had children and it sounded like they were jumping off furniture or just rough housing. Other then thin walls we loved our stay and would stay again thin walls and all :)

I come out to Moab every two years for a family reunion and have always stayed in a hotel. This year I heard about these town homes and thought that I would give it a try. The place was perfect for our stay! It was great to have a little more room and a kitchen to cook some meals in! It was clean and stocked with the basic items. The only thing I would suggest would be to bring a fan since the upstairs tends to be a little warmer even with the air conditioning. But nothing too unpleasant! Overall I loved it and will probably never do the hotel thing again!!

Although the facility Joe's Place was in was very nice, the individual unit was very disappointing for the price. Kitchen ware was sub par. There were hardly any hangers. We didn't have any bar soap. The stove panel was greasy; the outdoor grill was very dirty; the patio had not been swept and there was trash on it. We were also told in one reveiw that it was an end unit; that is why we chose it. It was however a middle unit in between 2 end units. The management rectified some of the problems but I would not recommend this particular unit. I would recommend the complex though especially those units that had the golf course right behind them.

The condo worked great for our mountain biking trip. One car garage allowed us a place to store and maintain our bikes. The condo was stocked with all the things you need. The rooms and beds were nice. Only complaint is that we were not provided with the wireless password. Decent location just a few minutes outside of Moab. Right next to the pool for cooling off.
