NOTE: Please see VRBO 431015 for updated calender!!! Thanks!!!. We would like to invite you to stay at our newly purchased Cottonwoods condo in a quiet neighborhood in downtown Moab. Our central location offers great access to several top attractions including Arches National Park, Canyonlands National Park, and is within riding distance of popular mountain bike trails. It is a short walk to downtown and quick access to the best OHV trails. Park all your toys in our two car garage or driveway and come inside and check out our spacious main room and comfortable bedrooms.

Our 1800 square foot 3 bedroom 2 bath condo will sleep six adu...lts in bedrooms and up to eight on a comfortable sleeper sofa. At the end of the day our fully equipped kitchen and two grills are ready for your next culinary masterpiece, or put on your best tee-shirt and head downtown. Once cooking is over our dining room table will accommodate eight, maybe more in pinch with the provided extra chairs. Want to eat outside, two tables and nine chairs await you in the condo’s two patios. Now it is time to relax on our sweet leather couches, upload your latest adventure using our WiFi, or turn on our web enabled 3D Flat Screen HD TV with provided Hulu plus and Netflix subscriptions. Take a swim in the Cottonwoods’ private heated indoor four-season pool.

The master bedroom comes equipped with a queen bed, small table for planning your next adventure or keeping in touch, and a private bath with a jetted tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed. Two twins are in the third bedroom. Our sleeper sofa located in the main room sleeps two. Another full bath is located between the second and third rooms.

Full climate control will keep you comfortable no matter the time of year. All linens and sundries are supplied. We have a washer, laundry detergent, and a dryer for your use. For the cyclist we have a repair stand in the garage. Want to get around town the easy way, grab one of our “townie” bikes. There is soccer ball, swing, and games for the younger set. For the more adventurous young and young at heart there is a serious bicycle jump park at the end of Williams Way. Just a few minutes away on 400 North is the excellent city run recreation center with a full sized pool, gym, and skatepark.

Pets are welcome to roam the fenced yard and stay at the property with prior approval and a small fee.

Additional Location Information

The Cottonwood development is in quiet neighborhood in downtown Moab. We have a large two car garage and a drive way that will hold multiple passenger vehicles or up to U-Haul's 26ft truck (we tested this!).

All of downtown Moab's amenities await you, most within walking distance, most importantly the visitor center on Center St. Arches is a mere 4 miles away. The Moab Rim trail is few miles away and Amasa Back trail head is 5.5 miles away. Don't forget to cool off in nearby Colorado River rafting the Moab Daily or Cataract Canyon. Head to the 12000 ft (3300 m) La Sal Mountains summer or winter. It is a few minute bike ride over to Poison Spyder Bicycles to catch a shuttle for the “Whole Enchilada” or other famous nearby trails. Slickrock State Park is a great place for adventure seekers. Then there is always tackling the White Rim trail. Too much to mention.

  We came to Moab for a wedding and stayed here. The rental was wonderful and very clean. We were able to have an indoor picnic (because it was too hot outside!) with lots of other people we knew from the wedding. The location was great and we were within 5 minutes of where the wedding was. We rode down on motorcycles and it was really nice to be able to stash our motorcycles in the garage while we were there. We also really enjoyed the bicycles that were in the garage. The wedding after party was at another location in Moab and we were able to ride the bikes there quickly and easily so that we could fully enjoy the beverages at the wedding party. I would recommend this rental to anyone interested in staying in the Moab area, it has a great central location and is much nicer than a motel.
