New 42 inch Plasma TV in the Living Room along with a Blu-Ray Player. Enjoy 120 Channels with HD from Dish Network. Store your toys in the attached garage. Lots of parking for your trailers and additional vehicles. Walk to the golf course, or enjoy the gas barbecue on the patio. Hiking, off-road trails, and mountain biking are out your back door. The famous SteelBender and Flat Pass trails are just 1/4 mile up the road.

We rented this condo through Moab Lodging and Property Management. I found them to be very easy to deal with. The condo was exactly as they described. It was clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. It had everything we needed for our five night stay. I was concerned that it might be a little too far south of Moab given that we were heading north on several days (Arches, Canyonlands) but this was not an issue at all.
