We loved our recent stay in Moab. Our days were filled with beautiful sites, challenging trails, and many choices for the hikers, bikers, and motorized explorers. Returning to this condo was our own little piece of heaven, with it's beautiful views of the rim rock. This condo is well equipped, very clean, and the floor plan lends itself to privacy for the main-floor dwellers and the guests upstairs. The beds were wonderful, especially for the tired bodies that are part of the Moab experience. The owners are beyond helpful in suggesting activities and resource material for planning your trip. We loved this stay so much, we promptly booked another one and put this rental at the top of our destination pile.

Really great rental - perfect location, right next to the town of Moab with arches / Canyonland parks a short distance away. The rental completely fulfilled all our needs - spotless, 3 nicely furnished bedrooms, very nice bathrooms, great area downstairs for a kitchen and a living room and a nice community pool right across from the townhouse. The house had everything we needed for our several nights in the area,with the just right quantity of all the necessary supplies and a perfect garage for our car. I would rent it again in a second if we are in the area again. Thank you very much!

The townhome rental was very clean and spacious for our family of 6. The location was perfect (5 miles east of Moab) and had such beautiful scenery. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots and pans, etc. and spacious. The dining room comfortably fit our family of 6. The pool was very close and there were towels provided in the townhome. The bedrooms were spacious. The bathrooms were very nice. There was a washer and dryer that came in handy.
The owner was very amiable and easy to work with.
We enjoyed our stay immensely and would stay there again. -

I booked this rental property online 12 months in advance as a base camp for us to tour the Canyonlands and arches National Park areas, and hoped that when I arrived it would be as lovely as it looked online. I was not disappointed! The 2-storey home is beautifully furnished and a joy to come home to after a long day sightseeing in the area. It has a fully equipped kitchen, an outdoor BBQ area and a warm and inviting TV area with fireplace. The bedrooms are large and the beds very comfortable. There are 2 bathrooms upstairs and another toilet downstairs. The home is located about 5 miles out of Moab, so you are close enough to pop in and get supplies but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of a thriving tourist town. Booking and paying for the townhouse was easily accomplished via Paypal and communications with the owner Matt, were always prompt and friendly.There are a variety of local restaurants (if you can't be bothered cooking for yourself), but we only ate out once, choosing to utilise the well equipped kitchen and BBQ.There was a pool and hot tub across the road but we didn't make use of these facilities during our stay. I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting this beautiful part of the world.

The condo is in like new condition, it's immaculate to be exact. The garage is a big plus to keep my $100k jeep indoors at night. Great communition from the owner, will definitely rent again without hesitation.

This townhouse is perfect. The highlights include large comfortable rooms, full kitchen, laundry machines and an attached garage.
The location is gorgeous. A few miles south of town, but well worth the peace and quiet.
The owners are awesome, very friendly and a joy to rent from.
Without a doubt, I will be returning to this rental many times in the future.
