We greatly enjoyed our stay at "Blue John." We spent cool and damp...or cold and wet! days hiking and it was lovely to have a real house to come back to at the end of the day. A kitchen was essential for us and this one was both clean and well-equipped. I'd stay again, for sure!

The home is lovely and located in a small development about 4 miles south of Moab. Moab is mostly dominated by uninspiring, cheap hotels all located along the 7 mile long strip of highway that essentially forms this pretty scruffy town so we consider Ken and Taunya's place a real find. The home is very well furnished and equipped with everything you need to make a home away from home as you go off to explore the fabulous red rock valleys and National parks immediately accessible from Moab. The house was immaculately clean and neatly organized - the housekeeper obviously takes great pride in her work and it shows. Taunya was super easy and lovely to deal with and very responsive, so we will definitely rent again if we find ourselves heading back to the area.

My husband and I, along with another couple, rented Ken and Taunya's 3-BR condo for a 4 day trip to Moab to attend the annual Skinny Tire Festival. We couldn't have been happier with the accommodations and the thoroughness of our rental experience. The place was well-stocked and we ate every meal in. It was super clean, the beds were very comfortable, and the linens exquisite. We had use of a cavernous 2-car garage, big bonus. There's an outdoor grill, central heating/AC, and a cozy fireplace to take the edge off. It is located 5 miles north of downtown Moab, an easy 5-minute drive. We would not hesitate to stay here again next time we plan a trip to Moab. Thanks again, Taunya, for your attention to detail and getting the plumber over to replace the toilet handle!

This is a fantastically well equipped home that is very spacious. It met our needs as a family with 4 adults and 2 children. The home has everything you'd need or want and was lovely and warm when we arrived. Booking and arrival were all super easy and we would be back here in a heart beat. The only thing we'd request in addition is a high chair. The house comes equipped with a cot which was great for us - a high chair in addition would have made life even easier. We look forward to returning.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in the Blue John home in Moab. This home was in excellent condition, very large and beautiful decor. This was truly our home away from home and we would recommend anyone who is considering a stay in Moab to consider this home. We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

We stayed here in early June and loved it. Plenty of space for our family of 6. Having a washer and dryer meant being able to pack light. Having a kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast at dawn so we could hike while the air was still cool and make dinner when we got back late from sunset in arches or elsewhere. Having the club house and the pool meant we could get wet and splash around during the hottest part of the day. The house was spotless when we arrived, the beds were comfy and all we had to do was purchase groceries. A phenomenal choice for a place to stay!

Quiet, peaceful and easy to love being at this home. A welcomed relief to return to after a day in the arches, Canyonland, golfing or the local mountains...they thought of every comfort to make the stay relaxing. It was so nice to be able to eat NOT in a restaurant, food exactly how we liked it prepared...the kitchen is well stocked for any cooking adventure and served us well. Everything was so coordinated and a pleasure to look at and use--I loved the details on the dining set chairs!

This is our 3rd stay at this luxury vacation home in Moab, UT, which is well-located to experience arches NP, Canyonlands NP, Dead Horse State Park and many other wonderful Utah locations. We stayed for the week for a photography tour, and having such a great place to stay truly adds to the adventure! Highly recommend staying here for your visit.

We truly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was about a 5 minute car ride from "downtown" if you will. Moab itself, I didn't realize, is really quite a small town. The location of the condo was great, everything was a nearby car ride. Arches was not far and neither was Canyonlands Island in The Sky or Dead Horse State Park. We are a family of four, 2 boys ages 10 & 12 who also enjoyed the pool facilities. We enjoyed our stay very much and were very comfortable here. We had plenty of room and there was nothing we needed that wasn't here. It was clean, nicely decorated and in excellent condition. I would really like to come back to Moab and spend more time here and I would return to these accommodations in a heart beat.

Two couples stayed at the Blue John home for 3 days. It's an easy drive to arches & Canyonlands National Parks. Also going into Moab for dinner at the Desert Bistro was a treat. Ken & Taunya are attentive to renters needs & very helpful. would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

This was an excellent find. Our family enjoyed our stay at this condo while visiting arches and Canyonlands. The owners, KT Lodging, were very well organized, communication was top notch and the condo was in perfect shape. If you are looking for a place to stay in Moab don't pass up this condo!

The house was clean, well-stocked, quiet, tastefully decorated, close to everything, and a great value. My husband and I stayed there with 3 friends and had a wonderful time. Ken and Taunya are super sweet, very professional, and extremely helpful. They made our stay at their home very enjoyable. I definitely recommend this place.

We had a wonderful time at this rental. We found it well stocked, very clean, and only 5 minutes from the heart of Moab. Parking was ample, several families in other units had atvs and there were no issues with on street availability. We would definitely consider staying here again and high recommend it to others.
