Holiday house in the countryside of Modica
The house is one of the "blue houses" that are located in a hilly paesaggio of carob and olive trees, in the country of Modica, in view of the sea and immersed in a garden rich in Mediterranean plants almost spontaneous.
Although isolated, it is part of the residence of the owners.
The cottage is on two levels, suitable for 2/3 persons, equipped with everything included all the ingredients for the breakfast
The outdoor space is shaded by a pergola of wisteria and clematis armandii. The hammock and two deck-chairs in the shade of a carob tree.
The nearest sea is in Pozzallo (6 km), lively town with long sandy beaches. Scicli is at 16Km, 12 km Modica, Ragusa Ibla to 22. Catania airport is an hour away by car, Comiso (mainly by Ryan Air) 45 minute, while Malta hour and a half by ferry from the port of Pozzallo.

La casa è una delle "case blu" che sono situate in un paeseggio collinare di carrubi e ulivi, nel territotio di Modica, in vista del mare e immerse in un giardino quasi spontaneo ricco di essenze mediterranee.
Sebbene sia isolata, essa fa parte della residenza dei proprietari.
E' su due livelli, adatta per 2 / 3 persone, attrezzata di tutto.
Lo spazio all'aperto è ombreggiato da un pergolato di glicine e clematis armandii. L'amaca è all'ombra di un carrubo.
Il mare più vicino è a Pozzallo(6 km),animata cittadina con lunghe spiaggie di sabbia. Scicli è a 16Km, Modica a 12 km, Ragusa Ibla a 22. L'aeroporto di Catania è a un'ora in auto, quello di Comiso a 45 minuti, mentre Malta un'ora e mezza di traghetto dal porto di Pozzallo.
